Dawn of War IV is currently listed for release on 3 December 2026. The date appears on the Steam product listing and in the latest checked Warhammer Community announcement. The date was moved from an earlier window; the official Steam announcement archive records the change. Commander Edition is advertised with three-day early access.

What platforms will Dawn of War IV be on?
PC is the currently announced platform. The game has an official Steam listing, and the checked announcements do not identify a console version. That means PS5 and Xbox availability has not been announced in these sources; it does not establish that a console release can never happen.

What is known about the campaign?
Warhammer Community describes a campaign of more than 70 missions, playable solo or with a friend. Deep Silver says the four faction storylines feed into a larger narrative. The mission count is an official product figure, not a promise of a particular campaign length or playtime.
Can you play Dawn of War IV co-op?
Yes. The campaign is announced for solo play or co-op with a friend. Deep Silver also says the announced multiplayer formats support co-op. Steam lists online co-op as a feature. Those announcements establish that co-op is planned, but do not provide further detail about matchmaking, cross-play, or how every mode handles co-op.

Does Dawn of War IV have multiplayer?
Yes. Deep Silver has announced 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 multiplayer at launch; Steam lists online PvP. These are the announced match sizes, not hands-on evidence about performance or final faction balance.

How is Dawn of War IV gameplay described?
Deep Silver describes a strategy game built around territorial capture and command, squad management, and base-building. Its announced Combat Director system expands the series’ sync-kill-style combat animations. The publisher has also announced a Painter tool for customizing units.

What are the Dawn of War IV PC system requirements?
Detailed PC requirements are not yet available in the checked Steam listing. Its minimum-requirements section currently says “Coming soon,” and it does not provide usable processor, memory, or graphics specifications.
