There is no single best alternative to Cruip. The right choice depends on whether you need finished landing pages, a dashboard kit, individual Tailwind CSS components, or a visual builder, and on which framework your project already uses. Cruip suits developers who want coded templates they can adapt. Before buying, compare its update promise, support limits, and licence terms against the options below, because those terms affect total value as much as the sticker price.
What Cruip offers
Cruip is a catalogue of landing pages, websites, and dashboards built on Tailwind CSS. Its homepage highlights Tailwind CSS 4 and states “Trusted by 60K+ developers.” That figure is Cruip’s own promotional claim; the page does not publish a methodology or year, so treat it as the vendor’s statement rather than independent adoption data.

Code formats vary by template. Cruip’s documentation (last updated July 25, 2024) says landing and website templates include coded HTML, Next.js, and Vue versions, along with source design files in Sketch and Figma. It describes Mosaic as offering Sketch and Figma files and coded versions in HTML, React, Vue, and Laravel. Because that documentation is more than two years old, confirm the formats on each product page before you buy.
Prices change, so use these as a snapshot of the official catalogue as checked in October 2026: Artifact is listed at $129; Relay, Cadence, and Flux at $79; Mosaic at $69; and several classic templates at $49. Bundles and single templates sit side by side in the catalogue, so check whether a listing is one template or a set.
#1 Best Overall
Cruip also offers free Tailwind resources, including Origin UI, the Mosaic Lite variants, Simple Light, and Open. These let you read the code and test your workflow before paying for a template.
On Product Hunt, Cruip’s profile describes it as a gallery of free and premium landing-page templates. Cruip was launched there in October 2018 and Mosaic in November 2021. The profile shows only a small number of ratings, so treat it as directory context rather than a product-quality test.
Cruip alternatives listed on Product Hunt
Product Hunt’s alternatives page names Flowbite, Tailwind UI, Float UI, Subframe, Shipixen, Lexington Themes, ThemeSelection, TailAdmin, and Page UI. The list mixes product types, so it is a discovery set, not a ranking. The table summarises the short descriptions shown in that listing and what to verify on each vendor’s own site.

Choosing an alternative by project type
Coded Tailwind components or a UI ecosystem
If you need components you can assemble yourself, compare Cruip with Flowbite, Tailwind UI, and Float UI. Decide first whether you want complete page templates, individual components, or a wider ecosystem. Product Hunt supports these names as alternatives, but its listing does not give enough detail for a reliable feature or price comparison.
Rank #3
A landing page you can ship with source code
Cruip’s catalogue is built around this use case. Page UI and Shipixen are worth checking, but keep copy-and-paste components separate from tools that generate or assemble pages. Confirm export formats and framework support on each vendor’s site before you assume either one fits your stack.
A dashboard or admin interface
Separate dashboard kits from marketing-site templates. Cruip describes Artifact as a dashboard kit with several app experiences and common interface elements, aimed at teams building SaaS platforms, internal dashboards, and developer tools. For admin-focused work, also evaluate TailAdmin and ThemeSelection, checking their product type and licence on their own pages.
Rank #4
A visual builder or product-design workflow
Subframe may suit teams who design in a visual tool. The Product Hunt listing alone cannot show whether it replaces a code template in your workflow, so test it against a real page before committing.

- Updates: Cruip’s bundle FAQ says purchased templates receive current and upcoming updates, from dependency updates to redesigns. It does not promise a fixed schedule. Releases usually come every two to three months, with occasional monthly releases.
- Figma files: The FAQ says Figma files are provided as visual references. They are not organised as complex auto layouts or dynamic components, so expect to rebuild interactive states yourself.
- Support: Support lasts one year from purchase. It covers common product questions. It does not cover in-depth customisation, third-party integration or compatibility work, or step-by-step help for non-technical users.
- Licence: Artifact’s page says it can be used in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects, including client work, subject to the Terms & License. Other templates may carry different terms, so read the licence on the exact product page.
- Compatibility: Cruip says it cannot support frameworks or site generators that are not explicitly advertised as compatible. Confirm your stack is on the product page before buying.
- Discounts and refunds: Cruip offers a 25% student discount with proof of enrolment. It currently does not offer refunds for digital resources, but it reviews claims for a defective or inaccessible download, so contact support promptly if a download fails.
Checklist before you choose
- Framework and version compatibility for your project
- Product type: page template, component collection, dashboard kit, or hosted builder
- Source and design files provided
- Open-source or paid access
- Licence for commercial and client work
- Update commitment and how it is described
- Support duration and what it excludes
- Total price, including any bundle or add-on cost
Once you have answered these for two or three candidates, compare the vendor pages directly. Product descriptions and prices on third-party directories can lag behind the vendor’s own catalogue.
