1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsThe Corsair M75 AIR Wireless is a strong fit for FPS players who value a very light mouse, a symmetrical medium-large shape and responsive wireless controls. Its main drawbacks are a sparse button layout and limited wheel features for productivity. Battery life depends heavily on connection mode, and its maximum polling rate is 1000 Hz according to RTINGS’ November 2024 review update.
What the M75 AIR Wireless offers
Corsair announced the M75 AIR on October 12, 2023, positioning it for competitive FPS play. Corsair’s specifications describe a 60 g symmetrical mouse with a Marksman optical sensor rated up to 26,000 DPI, 650 IPS tracking and up to 50G acceleration. The main switches are optical and rated by Corsair for 100 million clicks; the mouse has 100% PTFE feet, one onboard memory profile and a two-year warranty. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent test results. Corsair’s product page lists black, gray and white colors. Its launch announcement says the mouse can also be used in wired USB mode while charging.

Pros
Low weight for quick handling
At 60 g according to Corsair, the M75 AIR is built around a light, agile feel. RTINGS says the low weight helps with quick, precise aiming, making this a meaningful advantage for players who prefer a mouse that is easy to move rapidly. It does not guarantee better aim; hand size, grip, sensitivity and personal preference all matter.

Strong gaming performance in independent testing
RTINGS describes the sensor performance as excellent and the click latency as remarkably low, and considers the mouse a notable option for FPS gaming. Those are the reviewer’s evaluations, rather than a promise that every player will gain a competitive edge. RTINGS’ review changelog, updated November 26, 2024, gives a maximum polling rate of 1000 Hz. TechRadar’s October 2023 review reported 2000 Hz, so the later RTINGS update is the more recent figure; do not treat the older number as the current maximum.

Symmetrical shape with a medium-large feel
RTINGS describes the symmetrical shell as comfortable for most hand sizes and grip types, and characterizes the mouse as medium-large. It may be a better physical fit for larger hands than some smaller designs, but comfort is individual: compare the mouse’s dimensions with a shape you already use and consider your preferred grip before buying.
Two wireless connection options
The 2.4 GHz Slipstream connection is intended for responsive gaming, while Bluetooth provides a lower-power option. Corsair claims up to 34 hours of battery life on Slipstream and up to 100 hours over Bluetooth; these are separate, connection-specific maximum estimates, not a single runtime applicable to both modes. Corsair says the receiver can be stored in a compartment underneath the mouse.

Cons and trade-offs
Few extra buttons
RTINGS and TechRadar both identify the limited button count as a drawback. Compared with a mouse designed for MMO play, the M75 AIR offers substantially fewer side-button controls, which can be a poor fit if you want numerous game bindings or productivity macros.
The Tool Desk
Outbyte Driver Updater FREEScan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Outbyte PC Repair FREEClear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Basic scroll-wheel controls for work
RTINGS notes that the wheel lacks left-right tilt inputs and free scrolling. That makes the mouse less versatile for workflows such as moving horizontally through wide spreadsheets or quickly scrolling long documents.

Symmetrical does not automatically mean fully ambidextrous
Corsair calls the body symmetrical, and RTINGS says its shape works for many grip types. However, a symmetrical shell alone does not establish equal usability for left- and right-handed users. TechRadar lists the lack of ambidextrous use as a reason to avoid it. Check the side-button arrangement and the product details against your preferred hand before treating it as a true left-handed option.
Price changes by region and date
Pricing evidence is not a like-for-like comparison: TechRadar recorded launch-era suggested prices of $149.99 in the US, £139.99 in the UK and AU$249 in Australia on October 12, 2023. Corsair’s US product page displayed $99.99 for the black model when accessed for this article. Prices and stock can change, and the displayed Corsair price is specific to one US SKU; check the current listing for your region.

Who should consider the M75 AIR?
Consider it if you want low weight, a symmetrical medium-large shape and responsive FPS controls, and do not need many extra buttons. It is less suitable if you rely on MMO-style bindings, wheel tilt or free scrolling for work. If comparing it with other lightweight gaming mice, weigh these factors rather than relying on a single headline specification:
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →- Weight and how easily you can make controlled movements.
- Shell size and shape relative to your hand and grip.
- Number and placement of buttons for your games and work.
- Independent sensor and click-latency testing, plus the stated polling-rate maximum.
- Connection choices and the battery estimate for the mode you plan to use.
- Current local price, rather than launch-era pricing from another region.
RTINGS compares the M75 AIR with Logitech’s G PRO X SUPERLIGHT, describing the Logitech as having slightly better sensor latency and glide, while the Corsair is larger and may suit larger hands better. That comparison is useful only if those differences matter to your priorities; it is not a universal ranking.
