The Parking Garage Security Key is inside the Wear ’Em & Wash ’Em laundromat area, near a floating security guard in the alley-accessed shop. Take it back to the garage, unlock the administrative office, ride its elevator up, then descend through the parking deck’s central opening to the TV that leads into the Incursion Fault and onward toward Jesse.
Where to find the Parking Garage Security Key

At the parking garage, check the locked office door. Its key clue points you toward the laundromat.

Find the Wear ’Em & Wash ’Em laundromat and go around to the alley behind it. The shop’s front door is locked; enter through the alley door near the laser aimed at the ground.

Inside, interact with the floating security guard’s body to collect the Parking Garage Security Key.

How to use the key and reach the Incursion Fault

Return to the garage and use the key on the door labeled “Unparalleled Parking Administrative Office.”

Ride the office elevator to the upper parking deck.

From the upper deck, drop through the central opening and continue down to the bottom level.

Reach the TV at the bottom and interact with it to enter the Incursion Fault. You may need to jump across the gap to get to it; look for the lit TV surrounded by golden leaves.

How to follow the Fault toward Jesse
Once inside the Incursion Fault, follow the route forward and use the TVs to transition between areas. Jesse is just past a vehicle along the path. The traversal also uses Shift to change gravity, so follow the route’s gravity anomalies and use the ability where the path requires it.
This route is described in walkthroughs from PowerPyx and NerdsChalk; the precise descriptions of some transitions differ, but both place the key in the laundromat area and direct players through the garage office to the TV and Fault.
