The visible form is only the front end; the available listing does not establish that submissions are connected to email or another service.
What Contact Form v13 includes
Colorlib describes V13 as a split-screen contact template for business and agency sites. One side combines the form with contact details and room for a short business message; the other integrates Google Maps. The layout is intended to put ways to reach the business and its location together on one page. Colorlib’s V13 listing identifies Colorlib as the author and gives the original date as April 21, 2018.

The listing also displays “Released: April 2026,” but that entry alone does not establish that the code was newly released or revised in 2026. Treat the template’s current files and revision history as unverified until you inspect the download or live demo.
Is Contact Form v13 free, and what is its license?
Colorlib lists the template as free and states a CC BY 3.0 license. Before using it, check the current package for the precise attribution requirements and review any separate terms that apply to bundled assets. The listing’s license statement does not, by itself, establish the terms for every image, font, icon, or other included component.

Does the form send emails?
A form’s fields and submit button do not prove that it delivers messages. The available V13 listing does not verify a configured submission endpoint, so do not assume that the downloaded page sends email out of the box.
Colorlib’s broader contact-form collection names Formspree, PHP mail, Nodemailer, and SendGrid as possible ways to handle submissions. It says Formspree does not require backend coding, but this is general collection guidance—not confirmation that V13 includes or is configured for any of those options. Choose an endpoint, connect it according to its current documentation, and test a submission before publishing the page. Colorlib’s contact-form collection provides that general integration context.

How to decide whether V13 fits your site
V13 is most relevant if you want the contact page itself to show both business details and a location alongside a form. If you need a simpler page, compare it with form-only or image-based layouts in Colorlib’s collection. Consider how much contact information you need to display, whether the visual style fits your site, and how much work you are prepared to do to connect and test a submission service.

The available sources do not establish V13’s exact file contents, framework version, browser support, accessibility conformance, validation behavior, or mobile breakpoints. Inspect the live demo and downloaded files for those details rather than assuming that the design’s appearance guarantees them. Colorlib describes the collection as HTML5/CSS3 templates, but that description does not settle the exact implementation details of the current V13 package. See the collection listing.
