How Midjourney differs from Sketch
Midjourney is designed around generating and refining images from textual instructions and its own generation controls. It does not have the same documented “draw in the mobile ChatGPT app, then continue in conversation” path. If your starting point is a hand-drawn floor plan or silhouette, you would need to adapt that material to Midjourney’s supported reference and prompting workflow rather than relying on the Sketch tool.

What Midjourney states
Midjourney’s commercial-use page says: “With Midjourney, you own all the images and videos you create, even if you decide to cancel your subscription.” That statement is useful when evaluating ownership, but it should be read with the service’s complete terms and any applicable law. Midjourney also clarifies that an upscaled image created by another user belongs to the original creator and requires that creator’s permission. In practice, keep track of who made an image and whether you used another person’s generation.
