ChangeTower has a free plan for monitoring three URLs, with daily checks and 30 days of snapshot history. Its paid plans start at $12 per month for Lite, $36 for Essential, and $78 for Business; Enterprise pricing is custom. The right tier depends not only on how many pages you track, but also on check frequency, history, monitoring controls, and integrations.

What counts as a monitored page?
One page means one URL added to monitoring. It counts once toward the plan limit even when you set several conditions or monitor multiple items on that URL. For example, watching a headline, price, and clause on a single URL still uses one page allowance.

When you reach the plan’s page cap, you cannot create additional monitors. ChangeTower says upgrading applies the higher limit immediately.
What the Free plan includes
Free is an ongoing no-cost plan, not just a trial: it covers three URLs, checked once a day, with 30 days of snapshot history. It includes AI monitoring, content-change detection, keyword tracking, and email notifications. No card is needed for the Free plan, according to the vendor’s pricing FAQ.
What changes on the paid tiers?
Lite: more URLs, still daily
At $12 per month, Lite raises the limit to 25 URLs and includes one additional team member. Checks remain daily, and snapshot history remains 30 days, so the main reason to move from Free is capacity rather than faster monitoring or longer history.

How to choose a ChangeTower plan
- Count the URLs you need monitored at once. Three fits Free, 25 fits Lite, 100 fits Essential, and 200 fits Business; ask about Enterprise if you need a custom limit.
- Decide how quickly you need to notice a change. Free and Lite check daily. Essential and Business are listed with hourly checks.
- Choose how far back you need snapshots. Free and Lite retain 30 days, Essential 60 days, and Business six months.
- Check whether you need selective monitoring. Section-level selection begins with Essential; element-level selection is listed for Business.
- Factor in team and workflow needs. Lite adds one team member; Business lists Slack, webhooks, and MCP; Enterprise adds advanced access controls and review workflows.
- Review billing timing before starting a trial. A card is required and charges begin automatically after five days unless you cancel before the trial ends.
ChangeTower versus a screenshot API
ChangeTower is a website-change monitoring subscription: it checks URLs over time and provides change-related alerts and history. A screenshot API serves a different need—capturing a page on demand as an image or PDF—so it is not a like-for-like replacement for scheduled monitoring.
If you need screenshots rather than ongoing change alerts, try ScreenshotNeo first. It removes cookie and consent banners, newsletter popups, and chat widgets before capture, and only clean shots are billed; bot checks, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits cost nothing. Its pricing starts with 1,000 free screenshots per month without a card, and paid plans start at $5 for 3,000 shots. It also offers an MCP server for AI agents.
Why ChangeTower’s official pricing page matters
A G2 listing last updated July 29, 2026 reports the same paid prices and page counts but also labels multiple paid tiers as $0 and includes older pricing text. Because that conflicts with the vendor’s current plan presentation, use ChangeTower’s official pricing page for current prices and terms rather than relying on those contradictory third-party labels.
