Are there Capy Castaway cheats or cheat codes?
The official Steam listing, developer FAQ and developer news describe the game’s abilities, exploration and co-op, but do not publish verified cheat codes. That means there is no confirmed code list to give—not proof that cheats cannot exist. Avoid treating unverified code claims as established.

Capy and Corvi’s duo abilities
The pair’s different abilities are central to exploration and light environmental puzzles. Capy is the ground-focused character; Corvi adds flight and object retrieval. In solo play, you switch between them; in local co-op, each player controls one character.

The developers also describe playful interactions, including eating snacks, playing instruments, building sandcastles, stacking hats, squeaking, cawing and poking at the world. These are part of the game’s interactions, but the official descriptions do not identify each one as a secret or puzzle solution.

Useful Capy Castaway tips
- Switch characters when stuck in solo play. If one character’s movement or interactions do not help, try the other’s abilities; the game is designed around combining them.
- Look around and interact. The official descriptions emphasize exploration, objects, puzzles and helping animal castaways. Curiosity is more useful than searching for an undocumented code list.
- In co-op, divide attention by ability. One player can check what their character can reach or interact with while the other considers the complementary skill. Coordinate rather than assuming both characters can do the same things.
- Pay attention to choices. Steam says decisions affect relationships and can shape possible ending scenes. The official description does not map particular choices to particular outcomes, so there is no verified choice-by-choice route here.
What is known about secrets, choices and endings?
The official materials reviewed do not provide an exhaustive secrets or collectibles checklist, hidden-room locations, puzzle-by-puzzle solutions, or ending triggers. They do establish that exploration and interaction are part of the experience, and that choices can affect relationships and possible endings. Treat any more specific claim—such as a precise secret count or a guaranteed ending condition—as unverified unless it is supported by a reliable, specific source.
Solo, local co-op and online play
The full game can be played solo or in two-player local co-op. The developer’s FAQ says, “The entire game is designed to be enjoyed solo or with a friend.” For online play, it specifies Steam Remote Play Together rather than dedicated servers or matchmaking. The host must own the game, and the invited player must be on the host’s Steam friends list.

Capy Castaway is a cozy narrative exploration adventure from Kitten Cup Studio, published by Big Blue Sky Games. It follows a capybara pup and a crow exploring an island after a flood, meeting animal castaways, solving light environmental puzzles and searching for home. The official site describes an island inspired by Toronto. Steam lists the game’s release as August 6, 2026, and lists Windows and macOS system requirements.
