- Use Windows’ installed-app controls. Select Acer Collection S and choose the uninstall option if it is available. The precise labels and path depend on your Windows version, so follow the controls shown on your PC.
- Check Acer App Management if your model has it. Acer’s Predator manual describes opening the Start app list and using Predator App Management to remove installed apps. Is Acer Collection S the same as Acer BYOC Apps?
No. Acer BYOC Apps (abApps) are a separate software family. Acer’s notice says support for abApps ended on September 30, 2018, and provides removal steps for those apps and the AOP framework. That date and those instructions apply to abApps, not Acer Collection S, and do not show that Collection S is end-of-service. (Acer BYOC Apps end-of-service notice)

- Record your Acer model, Windows version, and the exact app name shown on screen.
