No. Instagram does not show you which accounts saved your post. If you use a creator or business account, you may be able to see the post’s total saves in Insights, but not the people behind that number.
What Instagram shows about saves
Instagram Help Center guidance, quoted in a search result that links to the official article, says: “When you save someone’s post, they’re not able to tell that you’ve saved it.” That means the post owner cannot open a list of accounts that saved a post. Creator and business accounts
Professional accounts may see an aggregate save count through Insights. This is a count of saves, not a list of usernames. A secondary source describes the general route as opening the post and tapping “View Insights”; labels and availability can vary, so this should not be treated as a guaranteed menu path. SocialPilot

Can downloads or third-party apps reveal saver names?
