Not necessarily. UPI AutoPay is documented for eligible recurring payments through Google Play in India, including some YouTube Premium subscriptions. That does not establish that a separate service hosting a 24/7 YouTube livestream accepts UPI AutoPay. Check the specific provider’s checkout or ask its billing support before subscribing.
First, distinguish YouTube subscriptions from livestream software
“YouTube 24/7 streaming software” can mean two different things. YouTube Premium is a subscription billed through Google Play or another supported YouTube billing route. A 24/7 streaming service is a separate provider that runs a continuous livestream to your YouTube channel. Payment support for one does not prove payment support for the other.

Google Play’s India payment guidance says recurring payments can use a UPI AutoPay mandate and gives monthly YouTube Premium as an example. This applies to eligible purchases using that Google Play billing flow; it is not a general promise that every YouTube-related service accepts AutoPay.

What UPI AutoPay can and cannot tell you
UPI AutoPay is a recurring-payment mandate set up through a UPI app. Google Pay’s guidance lists daily, weekly, monthly and yearly frequencies. It says a UPI PIN is entered when setting up mandates for recurring payments under ₹15,000; for payments above ₹15,000, the PIN is required to approve each payment. Bank and app implementations can vary, so check the instructions shown when you create a mandate.

YouTube’s India guidance also says users may need to verify or re-enter payment details under RBI e-mandate requirements, and some banks may not support recurring payments. These are details about platform and membership billing, not confirmation that a third-party livestream provider supports UPI AutoPay.
How to check a 24/7 streaming provider before paying
- Open the provider’s current checkout for the exact plan. Look for UPI AutoPay or a recurring UPI mandate specifically. A UPI logo or a one-time UPI option alone does not establish AutoPay support.
- Check whether the plan is prepaid or renews automatically. Read the billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation steps and refund conditions shown for that plan.
- Ask support if the checkout is unclear. Ask whether the plan supports UPI AutoPay in India, which UPI apps and banks are supported, when the mandate is created, and how to cancel it.
- Confirm the service details separately from payment. Check the number of streams and channels allowed, resolution and storage limits, and what happens if YouTube drops the stream.
A provider accepting UPI for a one-time payment is not the same as accepting an AutoPay mandate. Rely on the selected plan’s checkout or a clear answer from the provider, rather than assuming that a recurring plan can be paid by recurring UPI.

What provider information currently establishes
Published service pages are not enough to confirm AutoPay when they omit payment methods or describe billing inconsistently. For example, StreamSetu’s pricing page describes prepaid terms without auto-debit, while its homepage describes automatically renewing subscriptions. Neither description confirms UPI AutoPay, so check the terms for the particular plan and its checkout.

Whichever service runs the stream, YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service still apply to live content. A hosting service or recurring payment method does not change whether you have the rights to the video, music or other material you broadcast. Review the relevant YouTube rules and confirm that you have permission to use the content in a continuous livestream.
