No—not automatically, based on StreamYard’s documented prerecorded-stream workflow. A scheduled prerecorded broadcast starts at its selected time and ends when the video finishes. To show it again, create a new prerecorded broadcast and select the video again. StreamYard does not document an automatic replay or restart setting.
What happens when a StreamYard prerecorded broadcast ends?
StreamYard’s Help Center says a scheduled prerecorded livestream “will automatically start at the specified time, and end once the video is finished.” Its instructions do not describe a setting that loops or restarts the video after it ends. See StreamYard’s Pre-recorded Streaming guide.

That describes the prerecorded-broadcast workflow; it should not be confused with connecting an existing YouTube live stream to StreamYard using RTMP. For that separate workflow, StreamYard says you cannot schedule the connection there: you must enter the studio and click Go Live. It is a manual live connection, not an automatic replay mechanism. Details are in StreamYard’s guide to connecting an existing YouTube Live Stream.

- Keep the source video available. StreamYard says prerecorded stream outputs are no longer automatically saved to its library. Keep your original file, or confirm the video you intend to reuse is still available before setting up another broadcast.
- Create a new prerecorded broadcast in StreamYard and choose the video again. Its instructions allow selecting an uploaded file or an existing StreamYard recording when available.
- Set the new broadcast time and complete the scheduling process. This creates another broadcast; it does not make the finished one replay automatically.
