Yes. Indian YouTube channels can use Livepush to send a livestream to YouTube while pursuing monetization through the YouTube Partner Program (YPP). Livepush delivers the stream; YouTube decides whether a channel qualifies, passes review and can earn. Using Livepush does not create eligibility or guarantee approval.
What Livepush does—and what AdSense for YouTube does
Livepush is a streaming tool that sends video to YouTube. AdSense for YouTube is part of YouTube’s YPP signup and payment process; it is not a Livepush feature. The connection method or a Livepush plan does not determine whether YouTube approves a channel.
YouTube applies its monetization policies to live streams. A channel and its content must satisfy YouTube’s requirements, including applicable advertiser-friendly, copyright and Community Guidelines rules. See YouTube’s channel monetization policies.

YouTube says applicants must be in a country or region where YPP is available and meet the channel and account requirements. Its YPP overview lists these eligibility routes:
- 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 qualified public watch hours in the previous 12 months; or
- 1,000 subscribers and 10 million qualified public Shorts views in the previous 90 days.
The same overview lists other requirements: follow channel monetization policies, have no active Community Guidelines strikes, enable two-step verification, have access to advanced features, and link one active AdSense for YouTube account or set one up through YouTube Studio. These thresholds allow a channel to apply; they do not guarantee acceptance. YouTube reviews the channel as a whole. For an Indian creator, the practical answer is conditional: you can use Livepush and pursue YPP under the requirements that apply to your channel, but no general statement can establish whether a specific channel will be approved. Check the country or region shown in your YouTube Studio and the channel’s Earn page for its current eligibility status.

Ways to connect Livepush to YouTube
Livepush documents both an account-connection workflow and manual RTMP setup. They differ in setup and chat workflow, not in monetization eligibility.

What to check before expecting revenue
- Eligibility: Review your channel’s current status on the YouTube Studio Earn page, rather than assuming that country availability or a streaming tool is enough.
- Review: Meeting an eligibility threshold is not the same as being accepted into YPP; YouTube reviews the channel.
- Content: Monetization policies apply to live streams. Check copyright, Community Guidelines and advertiser-friendly requirements for the material you broadcast.
- Payment setup: AdSense for YouTube belongs to YouTube’s YPP process. Follow the account-linking or setup instructions presented in YouTube Studio.
No India-specific approval rate or earnings figure is established by the cited official materials. Actual eligibility, approval and revenue depend on the channel and YouTube’s decisions and policies.
