What the 35-second claim actually tells you
BleepingComputer Deals reported on October 1, 2026, that EncryptPro encrypted a 10.6GB file in 35 seconds on a “standard machine.” StackCommerce’s listing repeats the result. Neither page identifies the computer, storage drive, file type, encryption settings, or test method, and the reviewed sources provide no independent replication. Treat it as a promotional example—not a promise that a 10GB file will finish in seconds on every Windows system.

Encryption time can depend on the computer and storage involved, among other test conditions. Because those conditions are not disclosed here, the figure cannot reliably predict how long your own files will take or support a comparison with another app.
What the EncryptPro Personal offer says it includes
The offer is for file- and folder-level encryption rather than whole-drive protection. According to the BleepingComputer Deals page and the StackCommerce product listing, the advertised features include:

These are vendor and storefront descriptions, not independent findings. The reviewed material does not provide a security audit or detailed implementation documentation. A vendor statement that users can inspect network traffic is not equivalent to an independent security audit; the AES-256 label alone does not establish the security of the whole product.
Price, license terms, and Windows requirements
At the time reflected in the StackCommerce Support Store listing, EncryptPro Personal was offered for $39.99 against a $139 suggested price. The page says prices may change, so check the live offer before purchasing.

The same listing describes a permanent free plan with AES-256 and no file cap, while saying paid Personal adds sharing and other features. These are seller-stated plan details; confirm the current comparison and terms on the offer page before deciding.
EncryptPro and BitLocker protect different things
EncryptPro is promoted for selected files and folders. Microsoft describes BitLocker as Windows drive or volume encryption for operating-system, fixed-data, and removable-data drives, and its Windows 11 guide limits the feature to specified editions. Microsoft also lists AES key lengths of 128 or 256 bits for BitLocker. Those are separate products with different scopes and workflows; a file-encryption app is not a like-for-like replacement for drive encryption.

The 35-second figure alone is not a sound reason to buy: its testing conditions are undisclosed, and the reviewed sources do not establish independent security validation.
