Cambria Gold Mines says it is targeting commissioning the 2,500-tonne-per-day Premier mill in the fourth quarter of 2027, while advancing Red Mountain access-road construction and preparing a combined feasibility study for the two projects. The company also reported more than CA$45.9 million received from warrant exercises and said Premier’s water-treatment plant has improved, but did not report that it has achieved zinc-discharge compliance.
The October 5, 2026 update covers Cambria Gold Mines Inc. (TSXV: CAMB; OTCQX: CAMVF) projects near Stewart in northwestern British Columbia. The company’s timelines and progress statements are management targets and reports, not confirmation that construction, permitting or a return to production will meet schedule.

When does Cambria expect the Premier mill to restart?
Cambria targets commissioning Premier’s mill at 2,500 tonnes per day in Q4 2027, with ramp-up continuing through 2028. The company says the mill operated as recently as 2025 and is in excellent condition. It expects the upgrades needed to restart processing Premier material to be completed during 2027.

Planned mill work
- Install a new primary jaw crusher and feeder.
- Repurpose an unused clarifier as a pre-leach thickener.
- Before processing Red Mountain material, add a fine-grinding mill and a second detox tank.
The proposed sequence distinguishes the initial Premier restart from later processing changes for Red Mountain. Cambria has not reported that commissioning has begun or that the stated target has been achieved.

What is happening with the Red Mountain access road?
Cambria says it received the final Fisheries Act Authorization for access-road construction on September 21, 2026. The authorization allows in-stream work in Bitter Creek and rebuilding parts of an older road damaged in a 2013 storm. The company says construction is advancing toward Bromley Humps, an area roughly 12 km from Highway 37A, and it is working toward reaching it by the end of 2026.
President and CEO Robert McLeod said: “Sufficient mineralization is accessible at PGP to commence mining, which would be subsequently augmented by Red Mountain once construction is complete,” and said the company was pushing to reach Bromley Humps by year-end. This is management’s statement about the intended project sequence, not an independent reserve assessment or confirmation that mining will begin.
Has Premier resolved its water-treatment compliance issue?
Not according to the update: Cambria reports improvements, but does not say that the plant has achieved zinc-discharge compliance. The company says the water-treatment plant, built in 2024, has continually struggled to meet that requirement.

Cambria says it took over plant operations after contractor operation, brought in specialist water-treatment consultants, improved process controls, upgraded pumps, valves, pipes and other equipment, and revised the site water balance. It reports improved results during the two months before the October 5 announcement. It did not publish numerical discharge results, so the extent of the improvement cannot be assessed from the release.
What work is planned underground at Premier and Silver Coin?
Premier–Northern Lights
Cambria is upgrading underground infrastructure, including brow support, power, a ventilation bulkhead, water-management sumps and secondary egress. It expects this work to finish by the end of 2026, which the company says would enable further development for stope access and platforms for infill drilling. The work uses a newly purchased and commissioned fleet that includes load-haul-dump machines (LHDs), a twin-boom face jumbo, a scissor deck and service vehicles; the announcement does not identify manufacturers or models.
Silver Coin and Big Missouri
The company plans underground development at Silver Coin in spring 2027. It is considering access either from existing workings at Big Missouri, about 700 metres to the north, or from a new portal closer to the mineralized zones; the choice depends on permitting considerations. Cambria also says remodelling at Big Missouri identified potential for several small open pits, which it plans to evaluate in the feasibility study.

When is the combined feasibility study due, and what will it cover?
Cambria targets completion of an updated feasibility study for Premier and Red Mountain in the first half of 2027. SLR Advisors is named as primary author, with other specialist qualified persons supporting the work. The study is expected to incorporate Premier infill drilling, new metallurgical testing, mine-plan optimization and processing modifications for material from both projects. The company says no further infill drilling at the Red Mountain deposit was required. The study is not yet complete, and the October update does not provide its findings.

Cambria says all permits required for construction of the Red Mountain access road were received in 2026. That road authorization does not mean the projects have every approval needed to build and operate mines.
The company says it is advancing engineering and environmental programs for a proposed haul-road permit application. Baseline environmental studies took place at both projects during 2026, and future permitting work is expected to focus on major mine construction and operating authorizations. At Red Mountain, studies are also supporting an amendment to the existing Environmental Assessment Certificate to reflect the current design and development plan.

How much has Cambria received from warrants, and what interest payment is proposed?
The company reported more than CA$45.9 million received from exercises of outstanding warrants. Separately, it proposed settling interest owed to Nebari under its financing arrangements by issuing common shares. The proposed share settlement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
| Item | Amount or terms | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Warrant exercises | More than CA$45.9 million received | Reported as received by Cambria |
| Nebari interest for July 1–September 30, 2026 | CA$1,800,253.06, proposed to be settled with 2,017,318 common shares at a deemed price rounded to CA$0.892 per share | Proposed; subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval |
The warrant proceeds are funds the company says it has already received; the Nebari amount is a separate proposed share issuance, not additional warrant proceeds.
