Choose whether panels open independently
Bootstrap supports both independent panels and grouped accordion behavior. If a collapse element omits data-bs-parent, opening it does not require closing other panels. If it uses data-bs-parent with a parent selector, the group manages which panel is open.
Set an initially open panel
To show a panel on first render, Bootstrap’s documented pattern is to add .show to its collapse element, remove .collapsed from the corresponding button, and set that button’s aria-expanded value to true. For a panel that starts closed, the button and panel should instead reflect the collapsed state.

Use the data API or initialize manually
The documented data API connects a button to a collapse panel with data-bs-toggle="collapse" and a data-bs-target selector. Bootstrap also documents manual JavaScript initialization. The correct approach depends on how the surrounding page loads and manages Bootstrap; a template’s own implementation cannot be confirmed without its files.

What “rounded” and “flush” mean in Bootstrap
Bootstrap’s .accordion-flush variant is for edge-to-edge rendering: it removes borders and rounded corners. That is not the rounded appearance implied by the title. A rounded accordion would need styling other than the flush treatment, but there is no verified V16 demo or stylesheet to show how—or whether—the named template achieves it.
