- OneStream Live — consider only after checking its current plan terms. How to choose the right service
Check the workflow details that affect your specific stream, rather than choosing from a broad “live streaming” label. A tool designed for prerecorded loops is usually a more direct fit than a conventional encoder built around live sources.

- Playlist editing: Confirm that you can add, remove, and reorder videos in the browser, and check whether playback can loop in sequence, shuffle, or both.

- YouTube connection: Find out how the service connects your channel, uses the stream key, and schedules or starts a broadcast. Follow the provider’s current instructions for access and key handling.
- Limits and inputs: Check plan requirements, maximum stream duration, supported upload sources and formats, storage allowance, and whether content can be replaced without rebuilding the stream.

- Prepare the videos. Choose recordings you have the right to broadcast and make sure they meet the service’s supported formats and upload limits. Decide on the order and whether the playlist should repeat in sequence or shuffle.
- Create the YouTube live stream. In YouTube Studio, create or schedule a live broadcast and open its encoder settings in Live Control Room. YouTube supplies a stream URL and stream key for an encoder connection; keep the key private and use the service’s documented connection method.
- Build the playlist in the cloud service. Upload or select your videos, arrange them in the browser editor, and set the loop or shuffle behavior where available. Review the queue from the beginning through its repeat point so you know what viewers will see.
- Connect and start. Select the intended YouTube channel or broadcast, enter or authorize the connection as instructed by the provider, and publish or schedule the stream. Check YouTube Live Control Room for an incoming signal and confirm the broadcast is actually live.
- Monitor the first cycle. Check that the opening video, transitions, order, and repeat behavior are correct. Confirm the cloud service reports the stream as active and that YouTube continues receiving it; do not assume a playlist preview means the public broadcast is working.
Copyright and channel-policy checks
A cloud service can automate playback; it does not grant rights to the videos or guarantee that a channel will qualify for monetization. Before making a loop public, confirm that you have permission for the video, music, and other material it contains, including any rights required for live streaming. YouTube’s copyright and monetization decisions are separate from a provider’s ability to send the stream.
