Do not automatically assume that the original Xbox disc will run on a modern Xbox. Microsoft’s backward-compatibility guidance says selected Original Xbox games can run on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, and that offline co-op is preserved when the compatible original game supported it. Do you need a PS2 multitap for four players?
