This is not a league table. Replika’s explicit deletion and provider language may matter most to someone minimizing exposure. Nomi’s explicit storage and summarization may matter most to someone who wants continuity and accepts a larger memory footprint. What happens to messages after termination

Choose Character.AI when a regional training opt-out matters most
Character.AI is the logical candidate if preventing personal data from being used to train and improve the models is your first question and the opt-out is available in your region.
