Outbyte Driver Updater FREEScan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →ScreenshotNeo is the first alternative to try if you want a screenshot API that can process many independent calls through your own queue: it offers 63 capture options, bills only clean shots, and starts at $5 for 3,000 screenshots. For a single API request that wraps a list of captures, ScreenshotOne documents a dedicated bulk endpoint. For scheduled, managed batches with downloadable results, consider Urlbox’s Capturedeck. The right replacement depends on whether “bulk” means one large request, a durable processing queue, or a managed capture schedule.
GrabzIt’s public homepage does not establish comparable bulk URL limits or workflow details, so this is not a feature-by-feature verdict against GrabzIt. Confirm your incumbent’s behavior and compare alternatives against a representative workload before moving production jobs.

Which alternative fits your bulk screenshot workflow?
| Option | Best fit | Bulk approach |
|---|---|---|
| ScreenshotNeo | Developers who want a flexible screenshot API and are willing to orchestrate batches with their own worker or queue | Send one GET request per URL; the product documents bulk capture of up to 100 URLs per call, along with an API and usage endpoint. |
| ScreenshotOne | Teams that want to submit multiple screenshot requests through one API endpoint | POST a list of URL, HTML, or Markdown requests to its bulk endpoint; results are lazy by default unless execution is requested. |
| Urlbox Capturedeck | Teams that prefer a managed interface for scheduled batches and downloadable output | Choose a published batch size and monthly capture allowance; plans list recurring schedules, ZIP downloads, and one-year retention. |
“Bulk” does not necessarily mean that a provider starts every browser render at once. It may mean an API wrapper around many requests, a queue that controls starts and retries, or a managed service that stores results and runs schedules. Compare the workflow you need, not just the maximum number attached to a plan.
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →ScreenshotNeo: flexible API and clean-shot billing
ScreenshotNeo is a website screenshot API and MCP server from Yorker Media. Its defining distinction for bulk work is that only clean shots are billed: bot checks or CAPTCHAs, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits cost nothing, and responses identify the page verdict and billing status in headers. Before a capture, it can accept the consent banner as a visitor and remove more than 60 known consent platforms, newsletter popups, and chat widgets; each of those steps can be turned off.
For a batch pipeline, combine its API with a worker queue, keep concurrency and retries under your control, and use the bulk capture option when it fits your request. Its feature set also covers element capture, full-page screenshots with lazy images loaded, device and viewport settings, image formats, PDFs, custom headers and cookies, custom CSS and JavaScript, request blocking, caching, async jobs with signed webhooks, signed links, and an OpenAPI spec. The product’s parameter names are compatible with those used by other screenshot APIs, which can make migration simpler.

ScreenshotOne: a bulk API endpoint for developer-managed jobs
ScreenshotOne documents POST https://api.screenshotone.com/bulk. The request can set shared options and a list of individual requests; each item can use a URL, HTML, or Markdown input and override shared defaults. Its response contains screenshot URLs.
One operational detail changes how you should build around it: bulk is lazy by default. The screenshot is taken when you download its returned URL, not necessarily when you submit the bulk request. Set execute=true if you need the screenshots executed before the response is returned. For a pipeline, decide whether you want submission to create work or downloading to trigger it, and build downstream status handling accordingly.
ScreenshotOne says bulk and regular screenshot requests share the same one-minute request bucket. Its usage fields concurrency.remaining and concurrency.reset describe how many requests can be started in that bucket, not how many browser renders are active. Its guide recommends batching URLs, retrying failed requests, optionally using proxies, and respecting those usage values. A process-local queue can be enough for a small single-worker job; use a durable queue if retries must survive restarts or multiple workers.

Vendor-published plan terms accessed October 3, 2026:
| Plan | Monthly price | Included screenshots | Requests per minute | Extra screenshot |
|---|---|---|---|---|

| Basic | $17/month | 2,000 | 40 | $0.009 |

ScreenshotOne says failed screenshots are not counted when failure is due to HTTP, browser, or network errors; visual problems still count. Prices exclude VAT. These are vendor-published figures and may change; verify current limits and billing before committing. See the ScreenshotOne pricing page, bulk endpoint documentation, and multiple-URL guide.
Urlbox: API rendering or managed Capturedeck batches
Use the API when you want to own orchestration
Urlbox’s API supports screenshots from URLs and HTML, as well as PDF and video output, metadata extraction, render links, and synchronous or asynchronous JSON calls. Its documentation also points to batch-processing and webhook guides, and describes rendering URL-list thumbnails from CSV, Google Sheets, or Airtable, plus scheduled captures. Consult the Urlbox documentation to match those mechanisms to your own pipeline.
Urlbox’s render units are not always a one-render-per-image measure. Its pricing page says long render duration, file size, certified archive storage, GPU acceleration, and advanced options can consume additional renders. It says failed requests are not charged as successful renders and that render-link images are cached for 30 days, with TTL and force overrides; API requests and first renders count toward quota under its stated rules. Model costs using the exact feature mix and current billing definitions, not the number of URLs alone. See Urlbox API pricing.
Use Capturedeck for managed scheduled capture
Capturedeck is Urlbox’s separate managed bulk capture product. The product page published these terms when accessed October 3, 2026:
Rank #3
| Plan | Monthly price | Webpages per batch | Captures per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | $29 | Up to 50 | 1,000 |
| Basic | $49 | Up to 100 | 3,000 |
| Standard | $99 | Up to 300 | 10,000 |
| Pro | $299 | Up to 10,000 | 50,000 |
Those plans list recurring schedules, downloadable ZIP files, and one-year retention; higher tiers add reporting and storage features. Advanced capture scenarios can consume more credits. Batch caps and monthly allowances are product limits, not evidence of a particular completion time or throughput. Verify the current Capturedeck pricing and features before selecting a tier.
How to choose for your workload
Build a small pilot with representative target sites and compare the behavior that determines operating cost and delivery risk:
- Workflow: Decide whether your team wants to issue direct API calls, operate a self-managed durable queue, or use a managed scheduled capture interface.
- Batch size and throughput: Separate the number of URLs accepted in one job from request starts per minute and total job completion time. Published caps and rate limits are not performance benchmarks.
- Execution and reliability: Check whether work starts on submission or is lazy, how failure states are surfaced, and whether retries persist through worker restarts. Define idempotency and avoid retrying a successful capture just because result delivery failed.
- Scheduling and output: Identify whether you need recurring runs, webhooks, CSV or ZIP export, reports, or a particular retention period.
- Billing: Determine whether usage counts screenshots or render units, what happens on overages, how failed requests and cache hits are handled, and which advanced options consume extra usage.
- Capture fidelity: Test full-page behavior, viewport, lazy-loaded content, authentication, location or proxy needs, and site-specific consent or bot checks with pages you are allowed to access.
No independent latency, reliability, or image-quality testing is established here. Plan figures describe vendor-published allowances, not how fast a real batch will finish.
Or skip the browser setup
For a simple ScreenshotNeo request, put your API key and target URL in this cURL call. The endpoint returns the image bytes; this example saves them as shot.webp. For output formats or additional options, use the ScreenshotNeo API documentation.

In a batch system, call the endpoint for each URL from your worker, or use its documented bulk capture option for up to 100 URLs per call. ScreenshotNeo removes cookie banners, popups, and chat widgets before the shot; bot checks, blank pages, and failed loads are never billed; an MCP server lets AI agents take screenshots; and 1,000 screenshots a month are free with no card. Paid plans start at $5 for 3,000 screenshots.

A bulk request returns screenshot links, but no images are ready
With ScreenshotOne, lazy execution is the default. Downloading the result URL triggers the capture; use execute=true when the work must run before the bulk response returns, and make sure your consumer actually retrieves the URLs.

A queue slows down or requests are rejected
Check the provider’s request-start limits and usage indicators, then lower worker concurrency or split the input into smaller batches. For ScreenshotOne, concurrency.remaining and concurrency.reset refer to the shared one-minute bucket, not active renders. Avoid treating a batch-size cap as a rate allowance.
Retries create duplicate work or disappear after a restart
Persist job state outside the worker process when jobs must survive restarts. Record each URL and its capture options, track attempts and final status, and retry only retryable failures with a limit and delay. This is especially important when multiple workers share the same workload.
The monthly bill differs from URL count multiplied by a screenshot price
Compare the provider’s billing unit and failure rules. ScreenshotOne says HTTP, browser, and network failures do not count, while visual problems do. Urlbox describes render-unit increases for duration, file size, archive storage, GPU, or advanced options, and its render-link cache and API billing rules affect what counts. ScreenshotNeo does not bill bot checks or CAPTCHAs, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, or cache hits.
Best Value
Consent prompts, popups, or bot checks distort results
Check whether the capture product supports consent handling and cleanup, and whether those steps can be disabled for your use case. Test authenticated and bot-protected pages separately: a screenshot service cannot guarantee that a target site will serve the same content as an ordinary browser session.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does a larger batch limit mean a faster screenshot job?
No. A batch cap only states how many URLs a product accepts together; it does not establish render concurrency or completion time.
Can I migrate GrabzIt requests by changing the endpoint only?
Do not assume so. ScreenshotNeo supports parameter names used by other screenshot APIs, but compare each request’s options and response handling before replacing a production integration.
Are these prices guaranteed to remain current?
No. ScreenshotOne and Capturedeck figures above are vendor-published terms accessed October 3, 2026; check each linked pricing page for current rates and limits.
