Gyre: listed by YouTube for prerecorded 24/7 streams
YouTube’s Live Verified encoder directory lists Gyre as a cloud-based tool for 24/7 live streaming of prerecorded videos on YouTube. The directory also lists AWS Elemental MediaLive. YouTube says listed products are not made by YouTube and advises creators to evaluate what fits their business. The cited directory establishes Gyre’s listed use case, but not detailed plan limits, comparative reliability, or pricing.

AWS Elemental MediaLive: flexible cloud encoding
AWS describes MediaLive as a cloud-based service for real-time live video encoding that can work with other AWS media services. Its documentation covers scheduled or dynamic input switching and links to an AWS CDK example that creates a channel looping an MP4 file. This is an infrastructure route for teams able to design and operate a cloud media workflow, rather than evidence of a turnkey creator playlist service. The cited material does not establish the engineering effort or total cost for a particular channel.

Kids’ channel rules are separate from playout
Set the audience accurately
YouTube requires creators to identify whether content is made for kids. When a video or live stream is designated made for kids, YouTube restricts features that can include comments, live chat, personalized ads, cards, end screens, and some channel features. A playout provider cannot change that policy treatment. Use YouTube’s made-for-kids settings guidance to determine and apply the appropriate setting for the content.
Live streams featuring minors
YouTube says a live stream featuring minors under 16 who are not visibly accompanied by an adult may be removed or have live chat disabled. This rule concerns streams featuring minors; it is distinct from whether content is designated made for kids. Review YouTube’s live-stream restriction guidance if children appear on camera.

Confirm rights and suitability for every item
Before adding a program to a continuous playlist, make sure you have the rights to stream its video, music, artwork, and other included material on YouTube. A cloud playout tool automates delivery; it does not grant content rights or determine whether a program complies with YouTube policy.
Plan archives separately from a 24/7 broadcast
A channel that stays live continuously does not necessarily produce a complete replay archive. YouTube says it can automatically archive live streams under 12 hours, but streams longer than 12 hours may not be captured at all. It also warns that DVR features may be limited or unavailable on streams longer than 12 hours. If complete replays matter, create an independent recording and publishing workflow rather than relying on one unbroken 24/7 stream.
