OPS is a management platform for orchestras, bands and music schools, bringing score libraries, member records, instrument inventory, accounting and documents together. Its score library uses OCR to identify scanned scores and produce a separate PDF for each instrument part. Member records can use custom fields and groups, with bulk import and export and optional user accounts. Instrument inventory includes loan contracts, repair and maintenance tracking, QR labels, photos and waiting lists. The music school module covers enrolments, courses, attendance, grades, report cards and a parent portal. Accounting follows the French Plan Comptable Général for associations and includes FEC export. Setlists can be shared by public link or embedded on a website; ensembles can also cross-share scores through the Mediathek. OPS Scores is an iPad app for reading and annotating scores with Apple Pencil, including offline access and Bluetooth page-turn pedal support. OPS Mobile for iPhone supports instrument QR scanning, score browsing, inventory and loan management, member lookup and an accounting overview. The maker says data is hosted on OVH servers in Strasbourg, remains in Europe and is GDPR-compliant. Events, calendar functions and in-product communication are marked as coming soon. Plans include free options for organisations and individual musicians, with paid plans from €10 per month.
