The record

Purpose: The module holds HR policies, handbooks, letter formats and forms in one version-controlled place.
Acknowledgements: Acknowledgements can be recorded against a named employee and the specific policy version.
Reminders: Documents with review or renewal dates can generate reminders ahead of those dates.
Access controls: Document access can be restricted by role, department or location.
Setup: GullyHR reviews the existing document set, flags duplicates and gaps, configures access and acknowledgement workflows, and uploads the approved documents.
Training and support: The engagement includes training for HR administrators, managers and employees, go-live support, and a post-launch adoption review.
Integrations: The centre connects inside GullyHR to onboarding and employee records; connections to outside systems are assessed on request.
Browser access: The centre runs in a browser on a laptop or phone, with device arrangements confirmed during implementation.
Legal limitation: GullyHR says an acknowledgement records communication but does not determine whether a policy is legally enforceable or compliant.
Intended customers: The product is described for companies with scattered HR documents, multi-location businesses, and businesses that need records of policy issuance and acknowledgement.
Security: GullyHR states that employee data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in the Singapore region, and handled under the DPDP Act 2023.
Headquarters: Bengaluru, India
