Voice compatibility does not mean the kettle can operate without Wi‑Fi. If the kettle is offline, your router is down or the service connection has failed, an assistant command may not reach it. Keep a local-control routine available for those situations.

If an LD-K3068 repeatedly appears offline, the cause may be the home network, the app account, the router’s band settings or the kettle itself. Work through these checks in order rather than repeatedly pressing the same control.
- Confirm local power. Fill the kettle safely, place it fully on its base and check that the base and outlet work. A smart device cannot reconnect while it has no power.
