It delivers up to 65W from one USB-C port in a published 34 × 36.5 × 43.2 mm body. Choose the 30W Anker Nano A2337 when phone-and-tablet charging, low weight and a foldable plug matter more than laptop headroom. Choose the 100W Anker Nano A2679 when your laptop can use more than 65W or you want the included six-foot USB-C cable.
Do not choose by wattage alone. A charger advertises its maximum capability; the connected device requests the power profile it supports. A 100W charger therefore does not force 100W into a phone, while a 65W charger cannot overcome a laptop’s need for more than it can provide.

It is not a desktop charging station and cannot divide its output between several phones, a laptop and accessories. If simultaneous charging is a requirement, compare multi-port products instead of these three single-port models.

The table uses maximum ratings, not guaranteed draw. Actual charging depends on the device, cable, battery state, temperature and the power profile that both charger and device negotiate.
Is 65W enough for your laptop?
It is enough when the laptop’s USB-C input specification accepts 65W or less and the cable is suitable for that power level. Check the laptop maker’s technical specifications, the marking beside its USB-C port, or the original adapter’s output label. If the computer specifies a higher requirement, the Neo may charge slowly, maintain the battery without charging it quickly, or fail to charge while the system is under heavy load.
How to read the laptop requirement
- Find the laptop’s stated USB-C charging input, expressed in watts or as volts and amps.
- Compare that requirement with the Neo’s 65W maximum, not with the laptop’s battery capacity.
- Confirm that the laptop supports USB Power Delivery over USB-C; a USB-C-shaped connector alone does not guarantee charging.
- Use a cable rated for the negotiated power. A low-rated or damaged cable can limit charging even when the wall charger is capable of more.
A 65W rating is a ceiling. A compatible laptop may request less during light work and more during demanding workloads. The charger supplies the profile the device requests, up to its own limit; it does not automatically make a laptop consume 65W.

When to step up to 100W
The A2679 is the safer choice when the laptop’s specification is above 65W, when you want additional headroom for sustained work, or when the same charger will replace a higher-powered factory adapter. Headroom does not guarantee faster charging: the laptop still determines its maximum input.

Anker’s A2679 page includes a six-foot USB-C cable, which can be valuable if you do not already own a suitable cable. The page also describes the product as using GaN technology and calls it a “Super Compact Travel Charger.” Anker states that it is 62% smaller than the original 96W MacBook charger; that is a manufacturer comparison, not an independent measurement.
Does the Neo support PPS for Samsung and Android phones?
Yes. Anker lists PPS support for the Neo, and the A2337 page also lists PPS. PPS allows a compatible phone and charger to negotiate voltage and current in smaller adjustments than a fixed charging profile. Samsung and some other Android phones can use PPS for their fastest supported charging mode, but the presence of a PPS label alone does not establish that every phone will reach its top speed.
What to verify before buying for a specific phone
- Check the phone manufacturer’s required charging standard and its maximum wattage.
- Look for the charger’s published PPS voltage-and-current range. The cited Neo and A2337 pages confirm PPS but do not publish every PPS range, so compatibility with a particular Samsung or Android model cannot be assumed from the label alone.
- Use a USB-C cable appropriate for the phone’s requested power.
- Expect lower power when the battery is nearly full, the phone is hot, or the phone is being used heavily.
PD3.1, AFC, FCP, SCP and UFCS are listed for the Neo, while the A2337 listing specifically calls out PPS. These labels describe supported charging protocols; they are not a promise that every connected device supports each one.

Size, weight and travel practicality
Neo: smallest stated dimensions
The Neo’s published 34 × 36.5 × 43.2 mm body is the smallest set of dimensions in this comparison. That makes it attractive when the charger must fit a small pouch, crowded power strip or the corner of a travel bag. Anker does not state the Neo’s weight on the cited page, so it should not be ranked as lighter than the alternatives.

A2337: known light weight and a foldable plug
The 30W A2337 weighs 72.6 g and documents a foldable plug. Its 49 × 49 × 32 mm dimensions are larger in each listed comparison direction than the Neo’s stated body, but the known weight and folding hardware can matter more than volume for a phone-focused travel kit.
A2679: more output, more mass, cable included
The 100W A2679 measures 60 × 41 × 29 mm and weighs 142 g. It is heavier than the A2337 and has the largest stated overall footprint in this group, but it supplies the most output and includes a six-foot USB-C cable. Decide whether that extra capability replaces another item in your bag; if you would otherwise carry a separate high-power charger and cable, the combined kit may be simpler.
Ports and cables: details that change the decision
All three products have exactly one USB-C output. None can charge a second device while the first is connected. A single port can be an advantage for a compact, predictable setup, but it is the wrong design for a hotel room where a laptop, phone and earbuds must charge overnight.
The A2679 explicitly includes a six-foot USB-C cable. The cited Neo and A2337 pages do not document cable inclusion, so plan to supply your own cable for either model unless the retail package in your region says otherwise. Cable length and rating are separate questions: a longer cable may be convenient, while the rating determines whether it can carry the negotiated power reliably.

How charging power behaves in practice
The device controls the request
USB Power Delivery is negotiated between the charger and the device. A phone that supports only a lower profile will draw that lower profile from a 65W or 100W charger. The higher number gives compatibility headroom; it does not override the device’s electronics or battery-management system.
Maximum output is not a constant
Published wattage is a maximum under the charger’s supported profiles. Phones commonly reduce input as they approach full charge, and devices can reduce power when temperature rises. A laptop may also alter its request according to workload and battery condition. These normal changes do not indicate that the charger is defective.
One-port limits are easy to overlook
Because these are single-port chargers, there is no shared-output calculation to perform. You receive the one connected device’s negotiated power, subject to the charger’s limit and the device’s request. For multiple devices, a multi-port model must be evaluated by both its total wattage and the output available on each port when more than one port is occupied.

- Identify the highest-demand device. Use its USB-C input specification, not its battery size or the wattage printed on a different charger.
- Choose the power class. Select 30W for phone-first use, 65W for a laptop that accepts up to 65W, or 100W when the laptop requirement exceeds 65W or you need additional headroom.
- Confirm protocol needs. For Samsung and other Android phones, check the phone’s PPS requirements and the charger’s published PPS range; the Neo and A2337 are listed as PPS-capable, but their cited pages do not provide every range detail.
- Count devices. If two devices must charge at once, stop comparing these single-port models and evaluate a multi-port charger.
- Check what is in the box. The A2679 listing documents a six-foot USB-C cable. The cited Neo and A2337 listings do not document one.
- Measure the real travel constraint. Compare dimensions, weight and plug design. The Neo has the smallest published dimensions; the A2337 has the lowest published weight among the models with stated weights and a foldable plug.
- Verify the regional listing. Confirm the exact model number, plug type, warranty, price and stock for your country before ordering.
Common mistakes and how to avoid them
Buying 100W for a phone expecting a faster phone
A 100W rating does not make a phone charge at 100W. The phone’s own limit and charging protocol remain decisive. Buy the 100W A2679 for laptop headroom or the included cable, not solely because its number is larger.
Best Value
- 5-in-1 Connectivity: Equipped with a 4K HDMI port, a 5 Gbps USB-C data port, two 5 Gbps USB-A ports, and a USB C 100W PD-IN port. Note: The USB C 100W PD-IN port supports only charging and does not support data transfer devices such as headphones or speakers.
- Powerful Pass-Through Charging: Supports up to 85W pass-through charging so you can power up your laptop while you use the hub. Note: Pass-through charging requires a charger (not included). Note: To achieve full power for iPad, we recommend using a 45W wall charger.
- Transfer Files in Seconds: Move files to and from your laptop at speeds of up to 5 Gbps via the USB-C and USB-A data ports. Note: The USB C 5Gbps Data port does not support video output.
- HD Display: Connect to the HDMI port to stream or mirror content to an external monitor in resolutions of up to 4K@30Hz. Note: The USB-C ports do not support video output.

Assuming every USB-C laptop will charge
USB-C describes the connector shape, not necessarily charging support. Confirm USB Power Delivery input and the required wattage in the laptop documentation.
Treating PPS as universal fast charging
PPS support on a charger is necessary for some fast-charge modes but does not prove a match for every Samsung or Android model. Verify the phone’s required PPS range where the manufacturer provides it.
Comparing the Neo by weight when no weight is published
Anker publishes dimensions for the Neo but not its weight on the cited page. Use the dimensions for a size comparison and avoid claiming that it is lighter than the 72.6 g A2337 or 142 g A2679.
Expecting a cable with every compact charger
Only the A2679 listing in this comparison documents a bundled cable. Check the package contents for your exact regional SKU and budget for a separate cable when necessary.
Price, stock and regional checks
Retail pricing, inventory, Amazon listing identity and warranty terms can change by country and date. Verify those details at the time of purchase rather than relying on an old comparison. The A2679 US product page was marked sold out when checked, so availability should be confirmed before treating it as an immediate alternative. A product being listed in one country’s store does not establish availability, plug compatibility or warranty coverage elsewhere.
Which charger should you buy?
Choose the Anker Nano Charger Neo A120M when
- You want one compact charger for a USB-C laptop rated at 65W or less plus a phone or tablet used one at a time.
- The smallest published dimensions in this comparison matter.
- You need PPS and the other listed protocol support, subject to checking your device’s exact requirements.
- You already own an appropriate USB-C cable and do not need a bundled one documented in the package.
Choose the Anker Nano A2337 when
- Your main devices are phones and tablets rather than laptops.
- 30W is sufficient for the input limits of those devices.
- A published 72.6 g weight and foldable plug are more useful than laptop-level output.
- You want a PPS-listed charger for a compatible phone but do not need the Neo’s 65W class.
Choose the Anker Nano A2679 when
- Your USB-C laptop needs more than 65W or benefits from additional charging headroom.
- You want a six-foot USB-C cable included.
- The extra 100W capacity and 142 g weight are acceptable for your travel setup.
- You have confirmed current stock and regional compatibility, especially for the US listing that was marked sold out when checked.
Bottom line
The Neo is the balanced choice: 65W laptop capability, PPS and other listed protocols, and the smallest published dimensions of these three single-port chargers. The A2337 is the lighter, phone-first option with a foldable plug, while the A2679 is the high-headroom option with a bundled six-foot cable. Match the charger’s output to the device’s own USB-C limit, verify PPS details for the phone you use, and confirm regional stock and package contents before buying.
