The best general-purpose results are Emperor and The One; Wealth is the standout for a farm unit, while Talon, Berserk, Frenzy, Onslaught, Dismantle, and Sharp Shooter fill more specialized damage roles. Rerolling is random: each attempt consumes one Trait Reroll crystal, and the game can replace a good trait with a worse one.
This guide lists every published effect, rarity, chance, pity threshold, and placement restriction, then shows the exact in-game route: Areas → Evolve → Traits NPC → select a unit → Reroll.

How the trait system works
A trait is a passive modifier attached to a unit. It can change damage, attack cooldown, range, critical chance, critical damage, money generation, unit cost, or experience gain. Only one trait is equipped per unit, so rerolling is a replacement rather than a second upgrade slot.
When you press Reroll, Anime Final Strike spends one Trait Reroll crystal and assigns a new trait at random. You cannot select a target trait directly. The new result appears immediately, and the crystal is consumed even when the replacement is weaker than the trait you started with.

Important probability note: adding the displayed chances gives 102.00%, not 100%. Both August 13, 2026 guides reproduce the same figures, so the published table has an unresolved normalization or rounding issue. Treat the percentages as guide-reported reference values rather than a guaranteed probability model, and use the current in-game display as the authority after an update.

Rare and Epic
Scoped, Relentless, and Swift are the ordinary stat families. Their numbered versions increase the same type of bonus, and the third versions are classified as Epic. They are easy to use on almost any unit because range, damage, and cooldown are universally relevant, but their bonuses are modest compared with the higher tiers.
Legendary
Legendary traits introduce mixed bonuses and role-specific utility. Cosmic combines damage and cooldown; Onslaught and Dismantle combine three offensive stats; Flash concentrates on cooldown; Sharp Shooter favors range and critical hits; Fortune supplies money; and Prodigy accelerates experience. A Legendary result can therefore be better for a particular unit than a higher-rarity trait that improves the wrong stat.

Mythic
Mythic traits are the main high-end chase results listed by the guides. Talon is built around range and critical attacks, Wealth is an economy trait, Frenzy is an aggressive all-round damage package, Berserk favors critical damage, and The One is a broad power increase with a one-placement cap. The pity thresholds in the table are associated with individual Mythic outcomes, not with a choice screen where you can pick any trait.
Secret
Emperor is the only Secret trait in the published list and has the lowest listed chance. Its effect covers damage, attack speed, range, critical stats, and money, making it attractive on both combat and economy units. The guides flag a placement limit of one and also describe a setup using one Emperor farm unit plus one Emperor DPS unit. Because those descriptions do not clearly define whether the limit is global or role-specific, check the live in-game restriction before planning around two copies.
Best traits for each unit role
Main DPS
For a primary damage dealer, the two SS-ranked options in both guides are Emperor and The One. They improve several offensive dimensions at once, so they remain useful whether a unit relies on raw hits, rapid attacks, range, or critical strikes. Their placement restrictions mean you should decide which single unit benefits most before spending crystals.
Among the next tier, Frenzy is the strongest general offensive alternative for a unit that wants damage, faster attacks, and extra range together. Berserk is especially attractive when the unit already has a reliable critical-hit kit. Onslaught and Dismantle are practical Legendary stopping points: both improve multiple combat stats without requiring a Mythic result.
Farm and income units
Wealth is the dedicated farm choice because it raises money generation and lowers the unit cost. That combination helps both the income produced and the amount paid to deploy the unit. Fortune is a weaker economy-only alternative when Wealth has not appeared. Emperor also adds money while supplying combat power, but its rarity and placement rule make it an exceptional chase result rather than a normal farming target.

Range-focused units
Scoped is a straightforward range increase at three strength levels. Sharp Shooter adds range and critical chance, making it more useful for a unit whose damage already comes from critical hits. Talon pushes that same idea further with range, critical chance, and critical damage, so it is a strong target for specialized long-range builds.

Talon and Berserk are the clearest critical-focused choices. Talon supplies more range as well as critical stats, while Berserk trades range for a larger damage and critical-damage emphasis. The One and Emperor also include critical bonuses, but their broad power makes them valuable on almost any high-impact damage unit rather than only on a crit specialist.
Experience and progression
Prodigy is the role-specific choice for a unit you are actively leveling. Its experience bonus does not directly increase damage, range, money, or cooldown, so keep it when faster progression is more important than immediate combat output. On a finished endgame DPS unit, it is usually a reroll candidate unless the unit is still being developed.
Early-game placeholders
Scoped I, Relentless I, and Swift I are acceptable temporary traits. Keep one while building a roster if you need the unit immediately, then set a reroll goal once the unit is established. A small bonus that supports the unit’s job is preferable to spending crystals without a defined upgrade threshold.
Exact reroll procedure
Use this route from the Roblox lobby:
- Open the Areas menu on the right side of the lobby.
- Select Evolve.
- Enter the Evolve building.
- Interact with the Traits NPC on the left.
- Press the plus button and choose the unit whose trait you want to change.
- Press Reroll to spend one Trait Reroll crystal.
- Use Trait Skip when the displayed result is not worth keeping and you want to continue.
The trait changes as soon as the roll completes. There is no confirmation that protects the old trait after the crystal has been spent, so read the result before leaving the Traits screen and make sure you are working on the intended unit.

How to spend crystals without wasting them
Choose the unit first
Save crystals for a unit you intend to keep in your lineup. Rerolling a temporary unit can consume the same scarce resource that would have improved your main DPS or farm unit. If you are still replacing the unit itself, delay trait investment.
Set a stopping point
Decide in advance what counts as a keep. Examples include keeping any Mythic on a main DPS, stopping at Dismantle or Onslaught for a general attacker, or stopping at Wealth for a farm unit. Without a stopping point, it is easy to reroll a useful result while chasing a lower-probability upgrade.
Match the target to the unit’s kit
- Choose damage-and-speed packages for a general DPS.
- Choose Wealth, or temporarily Fortune, for an income unit.
- Choose Talon, Sharp Shooter, or Berserk when range and critical hits are central to the unit.
- Choose Prodigy only when faster experience is the current objective.
- Keep a Rare or Epic placeholder when it already supports the unit and you do not have enough crystals for a serious chase.
Track pity progress
Record your roll count for a Mythic target if the game displays or otherwise preserves that progress. The listed pity values differ by trait, and Emperor has no pity value stated in the guides. Do not assume that reaching one threshold guarantees a different Mythic or Secret result unless the current game interface explicitly says so.
Use free sources carefully
The guides report that Trait Reroll crystals can drop from battles and that active codes may grant additional rerolls. Code rewards are case-sensitive and can change with updates. Verify a code inside the Roblox experience before planning a roll session around it; an expired code should not be treated as available crystal income.
Common problems and fixes
The Traits NPC or Evolve building is missing
Return to the lobby and open Areas on the right side rather than searching the battle map. Select Evolve, enter that building, and look for the Traits NPC on the left. Interface labels can move after a game update, so use the current menu text if it differs from the August 2026 route.

The Reroll button does nothing
Check that a unit is selected through the plus button and that your account has at least one Trait Reroll crystal. Selecting the building or NPC alone is not enough; the unit must be loaded into the trait panel before the reroll control becomes usable.
The new trait is worse
That outcome is part of the system: rolls are random, and the crystal is consumed regardless of whether the replacement improves the unit. Keep the result if it meets your preplanned threshold, or continue only when the possible upgrade is worth another crystal. Trait Skip can move past an unwanted result, but it cannot restore the previous trait.
A code does not grant crystals
Re-enter the code with its exact capitalization and check whether it is still active. Code availability is update-dependent, so an older list may show a reward that has already expired. Do not spend crystals assuming a code will work until the in-game redemption confirms it.
The displayed odds look inconsistent
The published table totals 102.00%, which is not a normalized roll distribution. This is a limitation of the guide-reported figures, not a reason to add the percentages together to predict your personal outcome. For current odds, pity behavior, and any changed placement rule, trust the live Roblox interface over an older guide.
What to verify after an update
All listed values come from two community guides dated August 13, 2026, and both agree on the 22 traits, the reroll route, the odds, and the Mythic pity thresholds. They are not developer patch notes. Roblox updates can change trait effects, labels, probabilities, pity behavior, or placement limits without preserving the older documentation.
After a significant update, open the Traits screen and verify the current effect text, rarity, roll counter, and any unit-limit message before spending a large crystal reserve. The practical rule remains simple: use Wealth for farming, offensive packages for DPS, range or critical traits for specialized builds, and reroll only when the next result is worth the guaranteed cost.
