How do you catch and collect Aniimo?
The broad gameplay loop is exploration, creature capture and action-RPG combat. Launch-period coverage reports several collection routes, but it is not a complete or necessarily current mechanics guide:
- Throw Aniipods to catch wild Aniimo.
- Capture creatures during Alpha and Omega battles or at activated Bloom spots.
- Hatch eggs.
- Earn creatures through events and the Companion Handbook.

How do you get Legendary Aniimo?
In a September 3, 2026 developer update, Pawprint Studio described a token-based Legendary collection route: exploration and catching contribute tokens; you craft a Legendary Aniipod; then enter a map encounter and follow its story before using the item to seal the bond with the Legendary Aniimo. This is distinct from the Rift Exploration mechanic used in the final beta, which launch-period reporting says was replaced by token collection. Developer update and launch-period coverage.
What are Prismana and Umbral Aniimo?
Pawprint Studio’s September 3, 2026 update described two special-variant systems. It said Prismana can be triggered through nurturing, with a flat base chance and a guarantee system; Lucky Strikes and Prismatic Energy may also trigger them. The update did not give numeric odds, so there is no supported percentage to cite.

The same update said Umbral Aniimo may appear through ecosystem-nurturing Wild Surges or by chance in the open world, and described them as having Perfect Potential and distinctive coloration. These are dated system details; check current patch notes for changes. Pawprint Studio update.
Does Aniimo have cross-progression?
Yes, official launch FAQs say progress is shared across platforms when you use the same server. Data on different servers is independent, so server selection matters. Link an email address to the account you want to use across platforms. The mobile FAQ warns that skipping its linking prompt may mean losing progress and launch rewards associated with another account. Can I play Aniimo on mobile, and what does it require?
The official mobile guidance asks players to have at least 18 GB of free space before downloading. It says 60 FPS is available except on some lower-end devices and warns that using it may heat a device. Pawprint Studio recommends adjusting graphics quality or rendering scale to balance heat and performance. Recommended device specifications in the notice are dated September 14, 2026 and may change.
