The US$25 and C$35 figures are thresholds for free delivery, not necessarily a minimum amount required to place an order. Amazon’s published information does not establish a universal minimum purchase amount for starting a Haul order.

How long does Amazon Haul take to arrive?
United States: plan for one to two weeks
Amazon describes typical U.S. Haul delivery as one to two weeks. “Typical” is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Inventory location, seller processing, transportation and the destination address can affect the actual schedule, so the delivery range displayed during checkout should control your decision.

That estimate is intentionally separate from the delivery promises shoppers may associate with Prime. A Haul listing can appear inside the Amazon shopping experience while following Haul’s own fulfillment expectations. Do not assume that a Prime membership converts a Haul order into a two-day or next-day shipment.
Canada: two weeks or less
Amazon Canada says Haul delivery is two weeks or less. This is also a normal service estimate, not a blanket guarantee. Check the address-specific date at checkout, especially when a listing has limited stock or when ordering to a remote region.
Bazaar markets: use the local estimate
Amazon’s Bazaar services in other markets publish local minimums, delivery expectations and delivery charges. The U.S. one-to-two-week statement and the Canadian two-week statement should not be transplanted to another country. Country availability and terms can change as Amazon expands or adjusts the service.
How Amazon Haul delivery charges work
U.S. orders
For a U.S. cart, the practical breakpoint is US$25. A cart at or above that amount qualifies for free delivery under Amazon’s published Haul terms. A cart below the breakpoint incurs a US$3.99 delivery fee.

If your cart is just under the threshold, adding a useful item can cost less than paying the delivery fee, but only if you actually need the item. Buying an unnecessary product to avoid shipping is not a saving. The delivery line at checkout is the authoritative total if promotions, regional rules or a listing-specific condition changes the normal charge.

Canadian orders
In Canada, free delivery begins at C$35. Orders below that amount carry a C$6.99 charge according to Amazon Canada’s 2025 information. These Canadian-dollar amounts are not conversions of the U.S. terms; they are local rules and should be assessed in the currency shown on the Canadian checkout page.
Other countries
Bazaar markets use local order minimums and charges. There is no single worldwide Haul shipping price. Before submitting an order outside the U.S. or Canada, confirm the market-specific threshold, delivery fee, taxes and estimated date displayed for your address.

Haul prices, discounts and realistic cart math
Amazon positions Haul around low-priced goods. In the U.S., every Haul item is priced at US$20 or less, most items cost US$10 or less, and some items are priced as low as US$1. Prices, inventory and variations can change, so a product page is more reliable than an older example.
Amazon also says U.S. Haul carts receive 5% off at US$50 and 10% off at US$75. Treat those as the discount tiers Amazon describes for the cart, and inspect the checkout summary to see how the reduction is applied to your particular selection. The discount tiers do not replace the delivery threshold: shipping eligibility and a promotional reduction are separate lines in the order total.
Examples of the price range
- Amazon has cited an iPhone 16 case priced at US$1.79 as an example of a Haul item.
- It has also cited a two-pack of kitchen tongs priced at US$4.99.
Those examples illustrate the range Amazon has highlighted, not a promise that the same listings, colors or prices remain available. Verify the live listing before relying on either item for a purchase decision or to reach a cart threshold.

How to check the actual delivery date and total
Because Haul terms vary by country, address, stock and time, use the order flow rather than relying only on a general estimate.

- Open Amazon in the country where you will receive the order and enter the Haul shopping section or search for the specific Haul item.
- Confirm that the product page identifies the item as a Haul listing and review the current price, available options and any stated delivery range.
- Add the items you genuinely want to the cart. Watch the cart subtotal in the local currency; do not treat a free-delivery threshold as a requirement to buy filler products.
- Proceed to checkout and select the exact delivery address. Review the estimated arrival date, delivery charge, discount line and final total before paying.
- Save the order confirmation. If the date later changes, compare the updated order details with the original estimate and contact Amazon support through the order page if the shipment passes the stated window.
Amazon’s general “one to two weeks” or “two weeks or less” language is useful for planning, but the address-specific checkout estimate is more relevant for a birthday, trip, event or other deadline.
Is Amazon Haul slower than Prime?
Haul should be treated as slower than the fastest Prime delivery options because Amazon publishes a one-to-two-week typical window for U.S. Haul orders rather than a standard Prime-style rapid-delivery promise. That does not establish a precise number of days by which every Haul order is slower, nor does it mean every Prime item will arrive faster in every location. Delivery depends on the particular item, inventory and destination.
The useful decision rule is simple: choose Haul when the lower price and longer normal window fit your needs; choose a standard listing when the checkout date for that listing better matches your deadline. A Prime membership alone should not be used as a reason to expect Haul to arrive under Prime’s usual timing.
Returns, safety screening and purchase protection
U.S. returns
Amazon says U.S. Haul purchases priced above US$3 can be returned free within 15 days of delivery. Check the individual order’s return instructions before sending anything back, because the item page and order record determine the available method and deadline for that purchase.

A-to-z Guarantee
Haul products are covered by Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee. Amazon also says Haul products are screened for safety, authenticity and regulatory compliance. Those safeguards provide a route for resolving an eligible problem, but they are not a substitute for checking the listing, specifications, condition and return instructions before ordering.
What the return rule does not tell you
The cited information specifies the free-return rule for U.S. purchases over US$3, but it does not establish an identical return window or fee policy for Canada or every Bazaar market. Local order pages should be treated as controlling outside the U.S.

Confusing a free-shipping threshold with an order minimum
Reaching the published threshold removes the normal delivery charge; it is not evidence that Amazon refuses to accept a smaller cart. A shopper may place a below-threshold order and pay the applicable fee.
Using U.S. figures in another country
US$25 and US$3.99 apply to the U.S. terms described above. Canada uses C$35 and C$6.99, while Bazaar markets publish local rules. Currency conversion does not create a valid local threshold.
Expecting Prime speed
Haul’s one-to-two-week estimate is a separate fulfillment expectation. Check the Haul checkout date instead of assuming that Prime status changes it.

Adding unwanted products to avoid a fee
A low-priced item can move a cart over a threshold, but the decision is financially sensible only when the item has a real use. Compare the extra item’s price with the delivery fee and account for the possibility that its price or stock changes before checkout.
Relying on an old price or delivery estimate
Haul availability, prices, fees and country rollout are volatile. Product examples and general Amazon statements describe the service at the time published; the live listing and checkout screen determine your order.
What Amazon says about the purpose of Haul
Dharmesh Mehta, Amazon’s vice president of Worldwide Selling Partner Services, described Haul as an effort to make shopping for fashion, home, lifestyle, electronics and other products “more fun, easy, and affordable,” while retaining Amazon’s A-to-z product guarantee and screening for safe, authentic products in the expected condition. The statement explains the service’s positioning, but the delivery window and charges still depend on the market and cart rules shown above.

When the purchase is flexible
Haul can make sense for inexpensive accessories, household items or non-urgent replacements when a one-to-two-week U.S. window, or the local equivalent, is acceptable. Build the cart around items you already need and check whether it naturally reaches the free-delivery threshold.
When you have a firm deadline
Start with the checkout estimate for your address. If the date does not leave enough margin, select another listing or seller whose stated delivery date meets the deadline rather than assuming the typical Haul range will be faster than shown.
When you are outside the U.S.
Use the country-specific currency, threshold, fee and return information. Amazon’s Canadian terms and Bazaar-market terms demonstrate why a U.S.-based shipping calculation cannot be generalized internationally.
Bottom line for Haul shoppers
For U.S. customers, budget on a one-to-two-week typical delivery window and check whether the cart reaches the free-delivery breakpoint before paying. Canada and Bazaar markets have different local rules. The checkout estimate, delivery line and return instructions for your address are the final authority because Haul availability, prices, fees and dates can change.
