No. As of the October 6, 2026 report, players cannot switch gameplay channels in AION 2 to move to another game instance. That status is reported by Sportskeeda; the retrieved AION 2 support FAQ does not independently confirm the mechanic. Because this is a live-game feature, a later patch could change the answer.
What “channel” means in this question
Here, a gameplay channel means a separate instance of the game—the kind of instance a player might want to join for a less crowded experience. The October 6, 2026 report says moving between these instances is not currently available.

That is different from changing a chat channel or watching a Twitch channel. A guide updated October 7, 2026 describes selecting chat channels through the chat interface, while AION 2’s official Twitch Drops page uses “channel” to mean a Twitch stream. Neither feature switches your gameplay instance.
Is there a workaround or a confirmed future feature?
No workaround or menu path for changing gameplay instances is established by the available information. The report says the feature could change in the future, but cites no official commitment or release date. The retrieved AION 2 Global Support FAQ does not provide instructions for gameplay-channel switching.
