The Cheatbook listing says progress can be viewed through Steam profile or game statistics, but its navigation directions may no longer match the current Steam interface. If you cannot find the figures there, consult Steam’s current game and achievement screens rather than relying on a fixed menu path.
How do the modes differ?
The mode descriptions reproduced by MobyGames’ A-10 VR entry distinguish their objectives. The achievement list uses “Timed Mode” for the duration milestones; the game description refers to “Time Mode.”

Practice Mode
Practice is for shooting without the risk of being killed. The description does not tie the listed score or duration achievements to Practice Mode.
Time Mode
Escaped enemies reduce the remaining time. The three duration achievements require lasting 2, 5, or 10 minutes, respectively.

Survival Mode
Bomb targets must be shot down before they reach you. Other targets can be shot for bonus points. The score achievements require finishing above—not merely at—5,000, 10,000, or 20,000 points.
Attack Mode
Attack Mode involves dodging missiles and enemy fire while shooting enemies. Its three listed score achievements use the same more-than-5,000, more-than-10,000, and more-than-20,000 thresholds as Survival Mode.

What settings and controls are documented?
Official A-10 VR update announcements describe a few practical options. In the main-menu settings, “Gun Angle” changes the gun’s tilt; the selected value saves when you exit. The June 17, 2016 update also says either hand can switch between a laser gun and plasma pistol using the touchpad.

What should you know about controller compatibility?
A December 5, 2016 official A-10 VR announcement records support for Oculus Touch and OSVR with Razer Hydra. That is historical support information, not a current headset-by-headset compatibility guarantee. Check the game’s current Steam listing and your headset’s requirements before buying or setting up hardware.
