The 8BitDo Ultimate 2C Wireless is designed for Windows PCs and Android devices, but the advertised $23.99 Prime-member price is not confirmed for October 7, 2026. A September deal listing reported that price; October coverage showed $27.99. Check the current Amazon listing and checkout total before buying.
Is the 8BitDo Ultimate 2C still $23.99 for Prime Day?
Not according to the available dated price reports alone. Slickdeals listed the controller for $23.99 for Prime members on September 24, 2026, naming 8BitDo Official via Amazon and three available colors. PC Gamer’s October 2026 controller-deal roundup listed it at $27.99. Those reports conflict, and neither establishes the price available at checkout on October 7.

PC Gamer said Amazon’s October Big Deal Days run October 6–7, 2026, but that event window does not guarantee this controller has a particular price or that an offer applies to every listing.
Does the 8BitDo Ultimate 2C work on PC?
Yes. 8BitDo lists Windows 10 and later as supported. Its specified Windows connection options are the included 2.4G wireless adapter or a wired USB connection. The manufacturer lists Bluetooth for Android, not Windows; do not buy this model expecting official Windows Bluetooth support. PC Gamer’s January 2025 review also notes the lack of official Windows Bluetooth support.
#1 Best Overall

- 1000Hz Polling Rate (for 2.4G and wired connection)
- Hall Effect joysticks and Hall triggers. Wear-resistant metal joystick rings.
- Extra R4/L4 bumpers. Custom button mapping without using software. Turbo function.

Can you use it with Android?
Yes. 8BitDo lists Android 9.0 and later as compatible and specifies Bluetooth for Android. Connection support is platform-specific: the stated Windows modes are 2.4G wireless and wired, while Android uses Bluetooth. The product’s 1000Hz polling-rate specification applies to 2.4G and wired connections, not Bluetooth.
What features and specifications does it offer?
8BitDo describes the Ultimate 2C as a redesign of its Ultimate C series. Its feature list includes Hall Effect joysticks and triggers, metal joystick rings intended to resist wear, refined tactile bumpers and D-pad, additional L4/R4 buttons, turbo, rumble vibration, enhanced grip, and a mode switch. The company says the L4/R4 buttons can be remapped without software.

These are manufacturer specifications and battery-life claims, not independent test results. The quoted wireless endurance differs by connection mode; it should not be treated as a guarantee of real-world runtime.
Is it a good first PC controller?
It may suit a first-time controller buyer who wants Windows support through a 2.4G adapter or cable, plus Android Bluetooth compatibility. Hall Effect controls, extra remappable buttons, and a high stated polling rate are useful features to weigh against the connection limitation: official Windows Bluetooth support is not listed. Whether it is a good fit depends on the connection you need and the live price, rather than the headline discount alone.
