These are descriptions of the planned sessions; the published pages do not establish what was actually delivered or what attendees concluded. Fortinet’s conference-experience page describes the advertised formats and topics.
Who could register, according to Fortinet
Fortinet’s FAQ described the event as free, private, and open to its customers, prospects, and partners. It also said Fortinet reserved the right to decline or cancel a registration. The FAQ identified executive, business, technical, and partner tracks; these are published access and program policies, not proof of any individual’s admission or attendance. Do not confuse it with Fortinet’s June roadshow
Fortinet also listed a Calgary Tech Session Roadshow for June 15–16, 2026. That was a separate two-day event, not the September Cybersecurity Summit West. Its listing should not be treated as evidence of the summit’s agenda. Fortinet’s roadshow listing distinguishes the events.
What can be concluded about cyber resilience
The published summit material shows that Fortinet intended to discuss resilience in the context of critical infrastructure and industrial operations, alongside broader subjects such as SecOps, cloud security, AI, and SASE. It does not provide a summit-specific research finding, attributable speaker quotation, or independently established lesson that can support a claim about what the author learned firsthand. A personal event report should add only observations supported by the author’s own attendance records, notes, photographs, or other direct evidence.
