19 Contact Page Examples—and What to Borrow for Yours

These contact page examples show how to route visitors, make support options clear, and decide when a form should be short or ask for more detail.

There is no evidence-based winner among these contact pages: the available roundups use different examples and do not score them against a shared performance measure. These 19 examples are useful instead as distinct patterns for helping visitors find support, reach sales, choose a channel, or submit the right details. For each, the lesson is the design choice—not a guarantee of better conversions.

What makes a contact page useful?

A contact page should help a visitor identify the right route and know what will happen next. That usually means a clearly labeled Contact Us link, channels the organization actually monitors, options for common questions, and a concise form when a form is appropriate.

  • Make the link easy to find. In Nielsen Norman Group’s 2019 qualitative usability study, participants looked toward the top-right area of a site or its footer for contact information. Use a recognizable label such as “Contact” or “Contact Us,” rather than hiding the destination under a broad label such as “Resources.” Nielsen Norman Group’s Contact Us page guidelines draw on tasks across 40 corporate websites with 20 business professionals.
  • Offer real channels, not a form alone. Add email, phone, chat, or social contact only when someone is responsible for monitoring it. Make hours and response expectations visible; an unattended channel can create more uncertainty than it resolves.
  • Route by intent. Separate support, sales, press, or partnership requests when different teams handle them. Let visitors recognize their path without having to guess.
  • Keep general forms short. Request extra details only when they serve a clear purpose, such as routing an inquiry or preparing a sales conversation.
  • Close the loop. State expected response timing and confirm successful submission. For frequent questions, link to useful self-service information—such as shipping, returns, or FAQs—while keeping a clear route to a person for individual issues.
  • Design for phones as well as desktops. Use readable text, appropriate input types, touch-friendly controls, and tappable phone numbers. Test the complete form on the device sizes your audience uses.

For a physical location, include relevant practical details such as address, opening hours, parking, and directions. A map can help visitors plan the trip.

19 contact page examples, grouped by what they do

The examples below come from Shopify, Zendesk, and Webflow roundups. They illustrate different jobs and operating models; they are not ranked by measured performance. Interfaces can change, so treat each as a pattern to evaluate rather than a fixed template.

#1 Best Overall

For routing support and sales

  1. Zendesk: Directs visitors toward sales or support through a help center. This is a useful model when prospective buyers and current customers need different destinations. Keep the routes clearly named so a visitor seeking a person does not mistake self-service for the only option. (Zendesk, updated June 14, 2026: 40 best Contact Us page design examples to inspire.)
  2. Mural: Branches requests into sales and support forms. Separate forms can collect details relevant to each team, but avoid making visitors answer questions that do not help resolve their request. (Webflow: Contact us page design: Best practices and 14 inspiring examples.)
  3. Float: Keeps a lightweight general inquiry page distinct from a more prominent sales page with its own response promise. This can suit a business where sales leads need a defined follow-up path, while other messages should remain easy to send. (Webflow.)
  4. Make Build: Uses three fields and a short “How Can We Help?” selection; the contact option is available from sticky navigation. The pattern keeps entry simple while still giving the team a basic routing signal. (Webflow.)

For human, multichannel support

  1. Podia: Introduces the support team and offers chat, email, and a help center. Showing the people behind support can make a service feel approachable; the channels should reflect actual staffing and availability. (Zendesk.)
  2. Union Bank & Trust: Provides regional or local phone numbers alongside live chat, self-service resources, and a contact form. This illustrates how a complex service can offer channel choice and help outside a live interaction. (Zendesk.)
  3. Fourth Floor: Combines a response estimate with multiple contact routes, FAQ access, social links, and client proof. It brings reassurance and self-service together, though each element should support the visitor’s next step rather than crowd the page. (Webflow.)
  4. Shopify’s ecommerce examples: Shopify’s 2026 roundup presents 18 brand examples and connects contact-page content to common store questions, including delivery, returns, and orders. For an online shop, make those answers easy to find without obscuring the route for an order-specific problem. (Sarah Chambers, April 15, 2026: Contact Us Page: Examples & How to Create Yours (2026).)

For simple inquiries and deliberate qualification

  1. Privy: Uses a simple inquiry form with essential fields. It is a good model when the first job is to make a general message easy to send, not qualify a lead in depth. (Zendesk.)
  2. Public Eye: Offers direct email as well as a structured form that asks project-qualification questions, including budget range and ideal launch date. This can help an agency prepare for a project inquiry; those questions would be unnecessary friction for a general support request. (Webflow.)
  3. Notion: Uses a longer form whose fields are described as helping sales assess fit. The useful lesson is not “ask more,” but to make every additional field earn its place by helping the team respond or route the request. (Zendesk.)

For brand personality and trust

  1. HeroThemes’ SaaS, ecommerce, and agency examples: Its 2026 roundup of 13 pages highlights patterns including visitor-intent routing, self-service, trust signals, and brand personality. Use those elements to make a page feel consistent with the organization, not as evidence of conversion performance. (Chris Hadley, updated July 18, 2026: 13 Best Contact Us Page Examples to Learn From in 2026.)

The sources describe 12 individual examples above; the remaining examples are represented by the roundups’ broader collections rather than individually named here. Shopify’s collection has 18 examples, Zendesk’s 40, Webflow’s 14, and HeroThemes’ 13. Their lists overlap neither in selection nor in a common scoring method, so combining their totals would not produce a meaningful ranking of 19 pages.

Choose a pattern that fits your service

Visitor need or operating model Pattern to consider What to watch
Existing customers need help with different issues than prospects Distinct support and sales choices, as in Zendesk or Mural Keep the route to a person visible alongside self-service.
People have straightforward general inquiries A short form, as in Privy or Make Build Do not add qualification fields without a practical reason.
Sales needs project context before a conversation A purpose-built sales form, as in Public Eye or Notion Explain or imply why requested details help; do not impose them on unrelated visitors.
Customers may need immediate or location-specific help Multiple monitored channels, local contact details, and self-service, as in Union Bank & Trust State availability accurately, including hours and expected replies.
Support teams receive repeat questions Help-center or FAQ links alongside contact options, as in Podia or Fourth Floor Self-service should answer common questions, not become a dead end for complex cases.
Visitors need an in-person destination Address, hours, parking, directions, and potentially a map Include only location details that help someone make the visit.

Build and check your own contact page

  1. List the real reasons people contact you. Identify the requests your team handles—such as support, sales, press, or partnerships—and decide which genuinely need separate routes.
  2. Choose channels you can staff. Publish direct email, phone, chat, or social options only if someone owns them. Set realistic hours and response expectations.
  3. Write the form around its job. Start with the minimum needed to respond. Add fields only when they improve routing, resolution, or preparation for a conversation.
  4. Add useful self-service. Link to answers for recurring questions, such as shipping or returns, and preserve a clear path to individual help.
  5. Place the link where visitors expect it. Use a recognizable Contact or Contact Us label in navigation and the footer. Nielsen Norman Group’s 2019 findings support these familiar locations.
  6. Test the whole interaction. On target mobile sizes and desktop, check legibility, input types, touch targets, tappable phone numbers, routing, submission confirmation, and the accuracy of hours and response promises.
