Zipline’s July 14 announcement said Austin operations would begin “in the coming months” and described food and retail deliveries from local businesses through the Zipline app. It did not announce an opening date. Zipline said deliveries could arrive “in as little as five minutes”; that is the company’s description of planned service, not an independently measured delivery-time guarantee. FAA environmental review is not an order-eligibility map
The FAA’s environmental-review page lists Zipline’s proposed commercial package-delivery operations in five Texas metropolitan areas, including Austin, and records a Finding of No Significant Impact/Record of Decision signed June 1, 2026. That environmental review does not establish which addresses can order, nor does it by itself confirm every operational authorization. See the FAA’s Zipline Texas environmental-review page.

Not according to the available launch information.
