These are guide recommendations, not a universal formula: weapon, team, Mindscapes, and the fight can change the best setup.
How Sigrid’s kit shapes her build
Sigrid is an S-Rank Ice Attack Agent. Her damage plan revolves around landing an Unbridled Spear attack to enter or refresh Aerial Patrol Spear, then using the enhanced Basic Attack, Converging Spear, before the state runs out.

Unbridled Spear attacks include the fourth hit of her standard Basic Attack string, EX Specials, Assist Follow-Up, Chain Attack, Ultimate, and Dodge Counter. Hitting an enemy with one of these attacks while outside Aerial Patrol Spear enters the state and grants one enhanced-basic use. Landing another during the state refreshes it and grants another use; the enhanced-basic uses do not stack. The state also shortens as Converging Spear advances through its stages, so timing matters.

Her state provides a large CRIT Rate bonus and increases the Stun DMG Multiplier against stunned enemies by 20%, according to Prydwen’s guide. That built-in CRIT Rate is why a weapon or Drive Disc setup that looks strong on paper can leave too little room for additional CRIT Rate rolls.

Practical combat loop
- Use an Unbridled Spear move to enter Aerial Patrol Spear or refresh it.
- Spend the enhanced Basic Attack while the state is active.
- Repeat the enter-or-refresh and enhanced-basic cycle, keeping an eye on the shrinking state timer.
Prydwen notes that using Chain Attack against a stunned enemy can activate Formation Breaker, letting Sigrid string together enhanced basics without refreshing between each one. Treat any sample combo as a template: stun duration, team effects, and available resources affect the sequence.
Best W-Engines for Sigrid
The dated build guides reviewed here place Knight’s Extolment first. If you already own alternatives, compare their full effects and your finished stats before spending resources for a new weapon.

Do not treat a CRIT Rate weapon as automatically better because it improves one displayed stat. Sigrid receives a substantial in-combat bonus from her state, so excess CRIT Rate can displace more useful CRIT DMG, ATK%, or PEN value.

Mobalytics also highlights Hormone Punk and Dawn’s Bloom as principal four-piece choices, emphasizing that substats, team buffs, and investment affect the result. Use the set that supports your actual rotation rather than changing sets based on an isolated damage claim.

Prioritize CRIT DMG and ATK% substats. Add CRIT Rate only until the complete in-combat build is appropriate, then favor useful PEN and ATK rolls as available. The exact balance depends on the W-Engine, Mindscapes, buffs, and current kit values.

How to interpret CRIT Rate targets
Prydwen’s level-60 guide, updated September 30, 2026, gives about 33.8% displayed CRIT Rate as a benchmark intended to account for its stated 66% Core Passive bonus. It is a guide target, not an official universal threshold or a hard cap; check the live in-game panel and effects for your build. The same guide gives level-60 reference targets of 3,000–3,400+ ATK and 150–210%+ CRIT DMG. These are endgame guide goals, not requirements for a functional Sigrid.
Team choices: Stun and Support
There is no single best Sigrid team for every account. Choose teammates by how they create stun windows, support her damage without wasting saturated stats, and fit your roster and enemy matchup.

- Norma: Prydwen highlights additional Chain Attack and Decibel value.
- Dialyn: can support Ultimate-centered damage and make four-piece Puffer Electro easier to trigger consistently.
- Lycaon: brings buffs and Daze, and may be a better fit in weakness-matched fights.
Support options
- Sunna: offers buffs that are easy to maintain and Daze, according to Prydwen.
- Rina: provides PEN value.
- Astra Yao: offers Chain Attack conversions.
Compare candidates by the speed and length of their Stun windows, added Chain Attacks or Decibels, the value of their buffs alongside Sigrid’s passive, whether they enable a set effect such as Puffer Electro, and the enemy’s weakness. Prydwen’s weapon calculations use Norma and Sunna with its listed Bangboo, so those comparisons should not be read as universal team results.

If choosing between Sigrid’s signature W-Engine and M1, both Prydwen and Icy Veins recommend prioritizing Knight’s Extolment. M1 is still an early Mindscape option, but it is not their preferred choice over the signature weapon when resources permit only one.
