- केबल की स्थिति देखें: दीवार के बॉक्स से ONT/router तक की केबल जुड़ी है या नहीं, यह देखकर जांचें। फाइबर patch cord को खींचें, तेज मोड़ें या काटकर जोड़ने की कोशिश न करें; Airtel के अनुसार तीखे मोड़ connection quality घटा सकते हैं।
- लाइटों का नाम और pattern नोट करें: मॉडेम मॉडल के अनुसार indicator lights के अर्थ बदल सकते हैं। लाल LOS दिखे तो उसे संभावित connection समस्या मानकर बाकी सुरक्षित जांच करें—हर मॉडल में उसका अर्थ एक जैसा मानकर निष्कर्ष न निकालें।

ONT/router को सही क्रम में रीस्टार्ट करें
- ONT/router की बिजली बंद करने के लिए उसका power plug निकालें।
- लाइटें बुझने तक प्रतीक्षा करें; Airtel की प्रक्रिया में दोबारा जोड़ने से पहले 15–20 सेकंड रुकने को कहा गया है।
- Power वापस जोड़ें और indicators को connection दिखाने का समय दें। Airtel कम-से-कम 60 सेकंड इंतजार करने की सलाह देता है, फिर इंटरनेट दोबारा जांचें।
बार-बार जल्दी-जल्दी power cycle न करें। अगर restart के बाद भी connection नहीं लौटता, या LOS indicator असामान्य रहता है, तो Airtel से सहायता लें।
Wi-Fi की दिक्कत और लाइन की दिक्कत अलग करें
Router के पास से Wi-Fi जांचें
डिवाइस को router के नजदीक ले जाकर वीडियो चलाएं और बीच की दीवारों या अन्य बाधाओं को कम करें। इससे पता चल सकता है कि दूरी या Wi-Fi coverage समस्या में योगदान दे रही है या नहीं।

Ethernet से तुलना करें
Compatible computer और ONT/router होने पर RJ45 Cat5 या Cat6 Ethernet cable से wired test करें। Wired connection चले लेकिन Wi-Fi कमजोर हो, तो समस्या स्थानीय Wi-Fi coverage या settings से जुड़ी हो सकती है। Wired और wireless दोनों विफल हों, तो connection समस्या को Airtel तक escalate करें। Ethernet test सिर्फ निदान के लिए है; यह फाइबर कट, खराब ONT या provider-side outage ठीक नहीं करता।

अगर इंटरनेट चलता है लेकिन YouTube replay नहीं
- वीडियो की quality कम करके देखें: YouTube playback settings में कम resolution चुनें। अगर वीडियो चलने लगे, तो चुनी हुई quality के लिए उपलब्ध speed या कनेक्शन की स्थिरता पर्याप्त न हो सकती है।
- दूसरे network पर वही replay चलाएं: मसलन, उपलब्ध हो तो मोबाइल डेटा पर। दूसरे network पर चलने और Airtel पर रुकने से कनेक्शन की तुलना में मदद मिलती है, पर यह अकेले कारण तय नहीं करता।
- ऐप या डिवाइस रीस्टार्ट करें: YouTube ऐप बंद करके फिर खोलें; जरूरत हो तो डिवाइस रीस्टार्ट करें। ऐप अपडेट उपलब्ध हो तो उसे इंस्टॉल करके फिर जांचें।
- दूसरे supported device पर चलाकर देखें: इससे पता चलेगा कि दिक्कत एक ही डिवाइस तक सीमित है या नहीं। लागू होने पर ऐप का cache साफ करना भी आजमाया जा सकता है।
- YouTube की error guidance देखें: समस्या बनी रहे तो YouTube playback troubleshooting और video playback errors की मदद देखें।
YouTube Help टीवी पर HD playback के लिए कम-से-कम 7 Mbps की सिफारिश करता है। यह टीवी पर HD के संदर्भ में YouTube की guidance है—हर डिवाइस, हर resolution या घर में एक साथ चलने वाले कई streams के लिए गारंटी नहीं।
