YouTube पर gaming live stream के लिए OBS में अलग-अलग scenes बनाएं—जैसे Starting, Gameplay और BRB—और Gameplay scene में game capture, audio तथा वैकल्पिक webcam या overlay जोड़ें। लाइव के दौरान हाल का gameplay clip सेव करने के लिए Replay Buffer चालू करें और उसका save hotkey अलग से सेट करें; सिर्फ Replay नाम का scene बनाने से replay footage रिकॉर्ड नहीं होती। नीचे Windows PC और console/external video के लिए scene बनाने, replay सेट करने और YouTube के encoder bitrate चुनने का तरीका है।
OBS scene क्या है और gaming layout कैसे काम करता है?
OBS scene, sources से बना एक layout है। Source कोई भी दृश्य या ऑडियो input हो सकता है—जैसे game capture, webcam, microphone, overlay या text। Sources की सूची में ऊपर रखा source preview में सामने दिखाई देता है; इसलिए gameplay को नीचे और webcam, Hindi labels तथा overlays को उसके ऊपर रखें। Preview में source का आकार और स्थान बदलें, और जरूरत पड़ने पर crop करें। OBS का Sources Guide capture sources और source layering समझाता है।

एक शुरुआती सेटअप में ये scenes उपयोगी हो सकते हैं; ये उदाहरण हैं, अनिवार्य preset नहीं:
- Starting: stream शुरू होने से पहले का इंतजार वाला layout।
- Gameplay: game, microphone और game/desktop audio; जरूरत हो तो webcam और सीमित overlay।
- Replay/Highlight: replay clip दिखाने या highlight presentation के लिए अलग layout। यह scene अपने आप replay सेव नहीं करता।
- BRB: थोड़ी देर के लिए gameplay रोकते समय दिखाने वाला layout।
OBS में Gameplay scene बनाने के चरण
- OBS का Auto-Configuration Wizard चलाएं। OBS खोलकर wizard में streaming को उद्देश्य चुनें। यह आपके उपयोग, hardware और network के अनुसार शुरुआती configuration बनाने में मदद करता है। उसके बाद scene और capture sources जोड़ें। OBS की Quick Start Guide wizard, sources, audio meters और test stream का beginner workflow बताती है।
- Scenes पैनल में नया scene बनाएं। इसे “Gameplay” नाम दें। इसी तरह जरूरत के अनुसार “Starting”, “Replay/Highlight” और “BRB” बनाएं।
- अपने game के लिए capture source चुनें। Windows PC game के लिए Sources में + दबाकर Game Capture जोड़ें और उपलब्ध capture mode में अपने चल रहे game को चुनें। OBS इसे hardware-accelerated games के लिए high-performance capture विकल्प बताता है। अन्य operating systems में capture का तरीका अलग हो सकता है; अपने OS के अनुरूप source चुनें।
- Console या external video source जोड़ें। Sources में + से Video Capture Device जोड़कर capture card या webcam चुनें। Capture card हर PC game के लिए जरूरी नहीं है; इसकी जरूरत मुख्यतः console या दूसरे external video signal को OBS में लाने पर पड़ती है। खरीदने से पहले console, PC, resolution, refresh rate और passthrough की जरूरत के साथ compatibility जांचें।
- Microphone और game audio जांचें। Microphone तथा desktop/game audio जोड़ें या मौजूदा audio sources का उपयोग करें। बोलकर और game चलाकर audio meters देखें कि सही स्रोतों पर स्तर दिख रहा है।
- Sources को सही क्रम में रखें। Game capture को सूची में नीचे रखें; webcam, Hindi text और overlays को उसके ऊपर। Preview में source खींचकर स्थिति और आकार बदलें। किनारों से अतिरिक्त हिस्सा हटाना हो तो crop/transform controls इस्तेमाल करें।
- परिवर्तन को live दिखाने से पहले जांचें। Studio Mode में current live scene और edit किए जा रहे scene का preview अलग-अलग दिखता है। इससे नया layout तैयार करके transition करने से पहले देख सकते हैं कि वह ठीक बैठ रहा है।
लाइव के दौरान gameplay replay clip कैसे सेव करें?
OBS का Replay Buffer हाल के gameplay को buffer में रखता है, ताकि आप hotkey दबाकर उस अवधि की clip फ़ाइल के रूप में सेव कर सकें। इसे सेट करने के लिए:

- Output में Replay Buffer चालू करें। OBS की Settings → Output में Replay Buffer विकल्प खोलकर enable करें। उपलब्ध replay अवधि और output विकल्प अपने storage और जरूरत के हिसाब से रखें।
- Save hotkey असाइन करें। Settings → Hotkeys में “Save Replay Buffer” खोजें और ऐसा key-combination सेट करें जिसे game खेलते समय गलती से न दबाएं। OBS Overview के अनुसार replay सेव करने के लिए यह hotkey सेट होना जरूरी है।
- Buffer को सक्रिय करके छोटा परीक्षण करें। Replay Buffer शुरू करें, कुछ gameplay चलाएं और save hotkey दबाएं। OBS जिस स्थान पर replay लिखता है, वहां फ़ाइल बनी है या नहीं देखें।
- सीन बदलने से फर्क स्पष्ट रखें। Scene hotkey या scene चयन layout बदलता है; “Save Replay Buffer” hotkey clip सेव करता है। Replay/Highlight scene को चाहें तो clip प्रस्तुत करने के लिए इस्तेमाल करें, लेकिन scene बनाना recording या replay save करने का विकल्प नहीं है।
YouTube Live के लिए OBS bitrate, resolution और keyframe settings
Bitrate वह डेटा दर है जिस पर encoder आपका live video भेजता है। सही मान आपके चुने resolution, frame rate, codec, encoder support और वास्तविक upload capacity पर निर्भर करता है—एक संख्या हर PC और connection के लिए सही नहीं है। YouTube की मौजूदा encoder settings guide में दिए गए ये live-stream recommendations हैं, upload किए गए video की bitrate नहीं:

ये YouTube की platform recommendations हैं; AV1/HEVC तभी चुनें जब आपका encoder और stream workflow उन्हें support करें। यदि PC game चलाते हुए system 60 fps स्थिर नहीं रख पाता या upload connection पर्याप्त नहीं है, तो 30 fps अथवा 720p जैसे हल्के विकल्प जांचें। कम resolution चुनना बेहतर है अगर उससे stream स्थिर रहती है।

Stream key और पहली YouTube live stream
YouTube encoder workflow में stream key की जरूरत होती है: यह OBS को आपके YouTube live stream से जोड़ती है। YouTube Studio में live stream बनाते समय encoder/streaming विवरण खोलें, stream key कॉपी करके OBS के stream settings में डालें और उसे निजी रखें। इसे सार्वजनिक न करें और किसी के साथ साझा न करें। YouTube के encoder से live stream बनाने के निर्देश देखें। पहली बार live streaming सक्रिय होने में YouTube के अनुसार 24 घंटे तक लग सकते हैं; नियोजित stream से पहले इसे enable करें।

Live जाने से पहले test और troubleshooting
सीधे पहली बार live जाने के बजाय कुछ मिनट का test करें। OBS Project भी पहली stream या recording से पहले test करने की सलाह देता है। ऐसा gameplay चलाएं जिसमें सामान्य movement हो और microphone तथा game audio दोनों जांचें; YouTube में stream health और दिखने वाले संदेश देखें।
- Stream रुकती है या dropped frames आते हैं: upload connection पर भार कम करें, bitrate घटाएं या resolution/frame rate कम करें। कुल bitrate के अलावा YouTube द्वारा सुझाया गया 20% upload headroom भी रखें।
- Game capture काला या खाली दिखता है: जांचें कि सही game और capture source चुना है। Windows पर Game Capture का उपयोग सीधे PC game के लिए करें; अन्य OS या external console signal के लिए उपयुक्त अलग capture route अपनाएं।
- Replay hotkey दबाने पर clip नहीं बनती: Replay Buffer enabled है, buffer शुरू है और “Save Replay Buffer” के लिए Hotkeys में key assigned है—तीनों जांचें। Scene बदलने वाला hotkey clip save नहीं करता।
- Webcam या overlay gameplay को ढकता है: Sources की सूची में gameplay को नीचे और foreground sources को ऊपर रखें; फिर preview में आकार/स्थिति ठीक करें।
- YouTube live शुरू नहीं होने देती: stream key/encoder settings जांचें और यदि यह पहली बार live है तो activation के लिए समय दें; YouTube के अनुसार इसमें 24 घंटे तक लग सकते हैं।
Copyright और YouTube पर gameplay
Game footage, music, cutscenes, overlays और background audio के अधिकार अलग-अलग हो सकते हैं। किसी game का मालिक होना उसके soundtrack या दूसरे शामिल content को YouTube पर प्रसारित करने की स्वतः अनुमति नहीं देता। अपने gameplay में इस्तेमाल किए गए संगीत और अन्य सामग्री के अधिकार/लाइसेंस जांचें; जरूरत हो तो game का streaming-safe music विकल्प अपनाएं। Replay Buffer से सेव की clip पर भी यही बात लागू होती है।
