TASE reported market capitalisation of 8,362,836 thousand ILS as of 27 July 2026. Its index listings showed DIMRI in the TA-35 and TA-125, among other Israeli indices, as of 28 July 2026. These are dated July snapshots, not live October 2026 quotations or proof of FTSE membership. What FTSE review rules do—and don’t—tell you
FTSE Russell’s Global Equity Index Series (GEIS) methodology sets out country classification and company-level eligibility and review processes. The July 2024 version of the ground rules says, “FTSE conducts an annual review of all countries included in its global indices and those being considered for inclusion.” It also describes minimum investable-market-capitalisation and securities-count requirements. “FTSE entry” can refer to different stages and details. A company may be discussed as a candidate, assessed under review rules, named in a formal addition announcement, and later become a constituent on the stated effective date. Those are not interchangeable. The exact index series and segment also matter: confirmation for one FTSE index would not automatically prove membership in another.

Index eligibility cannot be inferred from total market capitalisation alone. FTSE’s rules refer to investable market capitalisation and other screens, while the available material does not provide verified DIMRI-specific calculations for free float, liquidity, or eligibility. The July TASE market-capitalisation figure therefore cannot by itself establish that DIMRI met the FTSE thresholds.
Would a confirmed addition mean funds have to buy DIMRI?
