These are reported Spanish launch prices, not verified live offers or prices for other countries. They do not establish what either phone costs now; retail prices can differ by country, tax, stock, configuration and discounts.
What the Pro+ upgrade buys
At the matching 8GB/256GB Spain launch configuration, the reported €200 premium gets you the Pro+’s higher-tier listed chipset, larger and higher-resolution screen, 200MP OIS main-camera hardware, 1000mAh more typical battery capacity, 100W rather than 45W charging, and higher listed protection ratings. The 12GB/512GB launch-price gap is €180 instead.

Those are specification differences, not proof that the Pro+ takes better real-world photos, runs faster in every task, or lasts longer between charges. No independent comparative test results are established here. In the other direction, the standard Note 15 5G is thinner and lighter in Xiaomi’s listed specifications.
Which REDMI Note 15 should you choose?
Choose the Pro+ if its hardware advantages matter to you
- You want the larger, higher-resolution display or the listed 200MP main camera with OIS.
- The larger stated battery capacity and 100W charging are priorities.
- You value the Pro+’s higher manufacturer-listed dust-and-water protection ratings and are comfortable paying the locally available premium.
Consider the Note 15 5G if you prefer a lighter, thinner phone
- You want the less expensive option based on the cited Spain launch prices, while recognizing that current local prices may differ.
- The 6.67-inch, up-to-120Hz AMOLED display, 108MP main-camera hardware and 45W charging meet your needs.
- Lower listed weight and thickness matter more to you than the Pro+’s larger display and battery.
Check the exact model before buying
Model names alone may not identify the same device across countries. Xiaomi says network bands and some features, including NFC availability, can vary by region; package contents can also differ. Confirm the exact 5G or 4G model, regional SKU, RAM and storage, supported cellular bands, NFC, warranty terms and local price with the seller.

Charger contents are a notable difference in Xiaomi’s global product information: the Note 15 5G page says, “No power adapter included in the box.” The Pro+ page also says its adapter is not included and recommends a 100W PD-supporting adapter or Xiaomi’s 120W adapter. Check the listing for the specific region and bundle you are buying rather than assuming either phone includes a charger.
Do not treat an IP rating as a guarantee against every kind of liquid exposure. Xiaomi says the Pro+’s resistance is based on specific laboratory conditions, is not permanent and can degrade with wear; liquid damage may not be covered by warranty. Xiaomi’s brightness and durability figures are manufacturer claims, and laboratory-oriented figures such as peak brightness are not independently measured in this comparison.
