The reported panel is a 6.9-inch OLED with a resolution of 1,200 × 2,608 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The specification list also names HDR10+, Dolby Vision and DCI-P3 support, a claimed peak brightness of up to 3,500 nits, a 1-nit minimum brightness and Wet Touch 2.0. Peak brightness and refresh-rate figures describe listed capabilities; independent testing of brightness or outdoor readability is not established in the launch information.
Processor, software, memory and storage
The phone is listed with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, described in launch specifications as a 3nm processor, and Android 16-based HyperOS 3. 2.1 speaker system developed with Bose
Xiaomi’s corporate filing says the REDMI K90 Pro Max speaker system was “Developed in collaboration with Bose, and drawing on its years of acoustic expertise and Sound by Bose technology.” The setup is described as 2.1 stereo, with symmetrical dual speakers and a large independent subwoofer. That collaboration and hardware description do not, by themselves, establish measured loudness or sound quality.
Wireless connections and navigation
Reported connectivity includes 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC, alongside listed satellite navigation systems. Check network-band compatibility for your carrier and country before buying an imported handset; the summarized specifications do not identify every band or establish local carrier support.

What the specifications do—and do not—tell you
The published hardware list points to a large display, high-capacity battery, long-range telephoto camera and a speaker system with a dedicated subwoofer. It does not show how the phone performs in independent camera tests, how long it lasts between charges, whether it sustains peak performance under load, or how well it resists wear and damage. Treat the listed capabilities as specifications, not substitutes for measured results.
For primary launch context, Xiaomi’s [November 18, 2025 corporate filing] confirms the REDMI K90 Series unveiling and Bose collaboration. The configuration and specification reporting is from Gadgets 360’s October 23, 2025 launch report; China-market and India-status context appears on 91mobiles. Beebom Gadgets also labels the phone as China-market.
