Choose Ubisoft+ Premium if you mainly want Ubisoft games, including its Premium catalog, advertised day-one releases where available, and premium editions. Choose Xbox Game Pass Ultimate if Ubisoft+ Classics is enough and you’ll also use Game Pass’s broader catalog and benefits. They are not equivalent subscriptions: Ultimate includes Ubisoft+ Classics, not the full Ubisoft+ Premium service. Check the exact game, device, and region before subscribing because catalogs change.
Is Ubisoft+ included with Xbox Game Pass?
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes Ubisoft+ Classics, which Xbox describes as a selection of 50+ games. That is a catalog included with Ultimate, not the full Ubisoft+ Premium subscription. Ubisoft describes Premium as offering its Premium catalog, day-one new releases, and premium editions; it also notes that not all premium content is necessarily included in every premium edition.

So the answer to “Does Game Pass have Ubisoft games?” is yes, but the inclusion is limited to the Classics selection and the games currently available for your plan, region, and platform.

| What matters to you | Better fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Ubisoft titles are your main reason to subscribe | Ubisoft+ Premium | It is Ubisoft’s focused subscription, with its Premium catalog and advertised day-one releases and premium editions. Availability can vary. |
| You want Ubisoft games alongside a broader subscription | Xbox Game Pass Ultimate | It includes Ubisoft+ Classics as part of a wider Game Pass plan and its other benefits. |
| You want a particular new Ubisoft release or premium edition | Check Ubisoft+ Premium first | Premium advertises day-one releases and premium editions; Classics inclusion in Ultimate does not promise access to every Premium game or edition. |
| You want one specific older Ubisoft game | Check both live catalogs | Whether it is included depends on the current catalog, plan, platform, and region. |
Compare the full bundle with what you will actually use. Game Pass Ultimate may offer better overall value if you play games beyond Ubisoft’s catalog; it should not be treated as though its full price buys Ubisoft access alone.

Where you can play
Ubisoft says Ubisoft+ Premium is available on PC through Ubisoft Connect and on Xbox consoles. Separately, Ubisoft support says PC Game Pass subscribers can access a catalog of Ubisoft games through Ubisoft Connect PC and the Xbox app for Windows. These are different access routes. Do not assume that every Game Pass tier or every Ubisoft game works through both routes.
Before paying, match the game and subscription to your device. A title appearing in one service’s catalog does not by itself establish that it is available on your platform or in your region.

How to check whether the game you want is included
- Find the title in the live catalog. Check the Xbox Game Pass catalog or Ubisoft’s subscription catalog rather than relying on an old list or a general claim that Ubisoft games are included.
- Confirm the plan. On Xbox, verify that the listing is available with Ultimate if you are relying on Ubisoft+ Classics. For Ubisoft+ Premium, check the Premium listing and edition details.
- Check your device and region. Xbox says availability varies over time, by region, plan, and platform. Confirm the listing for where and how you play.
- Compare the local checkout price. Subscription prices and promotions change; use the checkout for your country and note whether a displayed offer is promotional or recurring.
Price: compare local recurring charges, not different countries
An Xbox US comparison-page result captured for this comparison displayed $22.99 per month for Game Pass Ultimate and $14.99 per month for Game Pass Premium. These are country-specific figures from the Xbox page, which also presents promotional offers and says recurring terms can change. They are not a permanent price guarantee.

A separate Ubisoft UK checkout result displayed £6.99 per month for its selected plan. That UK figure is not a like-for-like US quote, and it does not establish a current Ubisoft+ Premium price in the United States. Check local checkout for current charges and compare the recurring price for the exact plan you intend to use.

What happens when you cancel?
Ubisoft’s subscription terms say access to subscription games and benefits ends with the subscription period unless you own the game separately. A subscription provides access while it is active; it is not the same as purchasing a game to keep.

For a Ubisoft-focused subscription, start with Ubisoft+ Premium and verify the titles and editions you want. For a broader gaming subscription that also supplies a selection of Ubisoft classics, consider Game Pass Ultimate if its other catalog and benefits matter to you. Either way, the deciding check is the exact game’s current listing for your plan, device, and region.
