The notice attributes the change to Xbox Cloud Gaming updates that are no longer compatible with the operating-system version on those TVs. It does not say that Samsung TVs will stop working for gaming generally.
Which Samsung TVs are affected?
The reported cutoff applies to Samsung Smart TVs from model year 2020 when they use the Xbox app for cloud gaming. The email says Samsung TVs from 2021 onward can continue streaming. The report does not give exact affected model numbers, so owners should not assume that every Samsung TV—or every device that can run Xbox Cloud Gaming—is affected.

Can I still play Xbox games on my Samsung TV?
The reported change concerns the Xbox app’s cloud-gaming support on 2020 Samsung Smart TVs. It is not a notice that all games or gaming services on those TVs will stop working. The Xbox app let users stream cloud-enabled games without a console; Xbox’s original Samsung setup instructions called for a Bluetooth controller. See Xbox’s Samsung app launch announcement.
