If your boat won’t appear in Fisch, use the Shipwright: open the boat list and select Spawn beside the boat you want. If the Shipwright won’t interact, check whether you have reached level 5. If the boat is missing from the list or the spawn command repeatedly fails, the issue may be different from a simple access requirement.
Spawn a boat through the Shipwright
- Find a Shipwright on a main island.
- Speak to the Shipwright and open the boat list.
- Find the boat you want and select Spawn.
This is the documented ordinary spawn flow in the Fisch Wiki’s Boats guide. If you are using another menu or route, try the Shipwright flow once before troubleshooting further.

If the Shipwright will not interact
The Fisch Wiki’s Shipwright entry says players must be at least level 5 to talk to the NPC. That is an access requirement for interacting with the Shipwright; it does not establish that level 5 is required to spawn every boat you already own.

If your boat is missing from the list
Check whether the boat is actually available to your account. The Boats guide distinguishes buying a boat from spawning one and notes that purchase eligibility can depend on level and money. A boat’s purchase requirements do not, by themselves, explain why a boat already listed as owned would fail to spawn. First confirm whether the boat appears in the Shipwright’s list; if it does not, the available sources do not establish a recovery method for a missing boat.

If you select Spawn but no boat appears
Retry once through the ordinary Shipwright menu. If it still fails, note the boat’s name, your island or water location, your platform, the menu or button you used, and what happened after selecting Spawn. These details can make a report clearer, but collecting them is not a confirmed fix.
Fisch changelog entries have recorded past fixes for being unable to talk to a Shipwright and for a boat that would not spawn. Those historical entries show that these kinds of bugs have occurred; they do not confirm a current widespread issue or identify the cause of a particular failure. A recent player post also describes a Submarine failing to spawn, but a single report does not establish prevalence, cause, or resolution: the Submarine and Diving Gear report.

If the ordinary menu fails repeatedly, report the symptom through Fisch’s current official support channel. The sources available here do not verify that channel or confirm a current known issue.
Does Spawn Boat Anywhere fix ordinary spawning?
A Reddit discussion describes an alternate menu associated with the Spawn Boat Anywhere gamepass and says spawning needs enough water space. This is community guidance, not authoritative confirmation of current rules: the discussion of spawning boats elsewhere. The gamepass is an alternate route, not an established remedy for a broken Shipwright spawn flow.

Fixes the available sources do not confirm
The sources do not establish that changing servers, resetting your character, buying a gamepass, or purchasing an outside product will reliably fix a boat that will not spawn. Start with the documented Shipwright menu, then treat a repeated failure as a possible game issue rather than assuming one of those steps is a proven solution.
