Try opening it on the device where you play, check the signed-in account, and restart the game. What a failed dice link can mean
A failed click does not necessarily mean your phone or the game is broken. An independent MOGO Wiki support guide, updated June 2, 2026, lists several possible causes: the link may have expired, already been claimed, been disabled by Scopely, or may not be available to a particular account. A temporary issue or a link opening in the wrong browser or app context can also prevent redemption.

Scopely’s MONOPOLY GO game page identifies the title as a mobile game, and its support directory provides the official support route. The specific failure causes and checks below come from the independent guide, rather than a detailed Scopely troubleshooting article.

- Make sure MONOPOLY GO! is installed on the device. The link needs to reach the game app to complete the claim.
- Open the link on the device where you play. A link opened on another device or in a browser that does not hand it off to the game may not reach the right app context.
- Check which account is signed in. Confirm the game is using the account where you expect the dice reward.
- Close and reopen the game, then try again if the link may still be valid. This can help with a temporary app or handoff problem; it does not change the link’s status or your eligibility.
- Contact Scopely Support in the game if the reward still cannot be claimed. Use the support option in the app so the issue can be reviewed in relation to your account.
Match the symptom to the next step

What restarting can—and cannot—fix
Restarting is a reasonable way to check whether the game is temporarily stuck or the link handoff failed. It cannot revive an expired or disabled link, undo a previous claim, or make an account eligible for a reward. Those link and eligibility conditions are controlled by Scopely.

The MOGO Wiki guide says it cannot extend an expired link or manually grant a reward. Do not assume support can reactivate a link or issue dice; contact Scopely to investigate an unresolved account-specific problem, not as a guaranteed way to obtain the reward.
Eligibility and one-time claims
A PC Gamer guide published in June 2026 reports that players must reach Level 15 to redeem dice links and that each link can be claimed once. These details are secondary reporting; the Scopely pages cited here do not confirm those specific rules. If the game or current official support instructions give you different guidance, follow those.

Use the official route for account issues
For an unresolved reward claim, open the support option from within MONOPOLY GO! and describe what happened. Scopely’s support directory is also available at its MONOPOLY GO help center. Avoid dice generators, hacks, paid dice sellers, VPN workarounds, or system-cleaner apps: none is a supported fix for a link-status or account-eligibility issue.
