Enter the code in the experience’s own promo-code screen, check it carefully, and confirm it came from a current creator announcement. Miraculous RP codes are different from Roblox website promo codes and gift-card codes.
Make sure you have the right game and Roblox account
The official Miraculous games page describes Miraculous RP as a Roblox experience. Its Roblox listing is titled “Miraculous™ RP: Ladybug & Cat Noir” and identifies Toya as the creator: view the experience listing. Confirm that you opened this experience—not another game using similar wording—and that Roblox is signed into the account where you expect the reward.

An experience promo code is not the same as a Roblox account promo code or a gift-card code. Roblox documents its website promo-code and gift-card redemption flows separately. A Miraculous RP code should be entered in the game’s own interface, not at Roblox’s gift-card page.
Enter the code in the experience
A third-party Miraculous RP directory reports this route: open Shop, choose Promo Codes, enter the code, and submit it. The directory is not the developer, and the current official interface labels could not be confirmed; use the equivalent option if the menu has changed. See the directory’s redemption instructions.

- Join Miraculous RP while signed into the intended Roblox account.
- Open the experience’s Shop and find its promo-code entry screen, following the current interface if its labels differ.
- Type or paste the code, check every character and remove any accidental spaces or punctuation, then submit.
- Look for the reward in the relevant in-game balance, collection, or inventory if the experience provides one.
Roblox Support recommends checking that a code was entered accurately and notes that promo codes are often available for a limited time. Its advice to check inventory concerns Roblox promo items; an experience-only reward may not appear in Roblox account inventory. Check the appropriate in-game location instead. See Roblox’s promo-code guidance.
Diagnose the symptom
| What you see | What to check |
|---|---|
| “Invalid” or rejected | Check the spelling and characters, confirm you used Miraculous RP’s own promo-code field, and verify that the code is current. Roblox recommends accurate entry and notes codes can be time-limited; the reported game menu path comes from a third-party directory. |
| The code seems accepted, but there is no reward | Check the game’s relevant balance, collection, or inventory, then reconnect once and confirm you are on the intended account. Roblox advises checking inventory for already-owned promo items, but its guidance does not establish how Miraculous RP delivers rewards. |
| A Roblox website says the code is invalid | Check the code type. A Miraculous RP code belongs in the experience, while Roblox account promo codes and gift cards have separate website redemption flows. See Roblox’s gift-card instructions. |
| Other Roblox features are also lagging or failing | Check the live Roblox Status page and retry after any incident is resolved. Roblox says service disruptions can cause lag or unsuccessful experience joins; the available guidance does not establish that an outage causes a particular Miraculous RP code to be rejected. |
| A code list labels the code “active,” but it fails | Treat that label as a lead, not proof. The third-party directory showed codes with different status labels and said it was last checked October 2, 2026; this does not confirm that any code works today. |
Check whether the code is still valid
Codes may expire or be available for a limited period. Look for a current announcement from the experience’s creator or official channels before relying on a code-list website. The sources available for this article do not confirm any particular Miraculous RP code as valid on October 4, 2026, and a third-party “active” label is not an official guarantee.

If a code was accepted earlier, also check whether its reward is already in the relevant in-game collection or balance. Do not assume that an experience reward will show in your Roblox account inventory.
When to contact support
If the code still fails after you have checked the experience, account, entry, and current validity, report it through the experience’s official listing or creator-published support channels. Include the exact error text, when it happened, your device, the steps you tried, and the account name. Share the exact code only through an appropriate private support channel. Never send anyone your password or account cookies.
