Set the delay in the capture configuration for your chosen GrabzIt API or integration, then run the same capture again. The available setting and syntax depend on the API you use; consult its documentation rather than assuming a parameter name.
Wait for a page-specific element when content is dynamic
If a known part of the page appears only after an AJAX request or other client-side rendering, waiting for that element to become visible is more precise than waiting a fixed amount of time. Choose a CSS selector for the actual content that should appear, not merely a generic page container. Test a different browser width
A page may render differently at the capture width, including hiding or rearranging content at a responsive breakpoint. Try an appropriate larger or smaller browser width and compare the result. GrabzIt recommends changing browser width when a capture does not match expectations (GrabzIt capture guidance).
Review JavaScript API authorization and errors
If you use GrabzIt’s JavaScript API, verify that the requesting domain is authorized for the application key. Log the onerror callback’s message and code so you can distinguish a setup failure from a rendering issue (GrabzIt JavaScript API documentation).

Debug custom JavaScript separately
If your capture supplies custom JavaScript, test that script directly in a browser on the target page.
