Core Metric Suite is presented by its creator, Towhid Rabbani Mridul, as a collection of 12 small calculators and previews designed to do useful, specific jobs without ad interruptions. He says the tools run in the browser using vanilla JavaScript, so the calculations happen on the user’s device rather than being sent to a server for processing. That is the project’s stated design—not an independently verified finding about the live site’s network activity.
Why build another set of web tools?
Mridul frames Core Metric Suite as a response to online calculators he considers bloated and data-harvesting. His alternative is deliberately narrow: a group of focused utilities that visitors can open directly, bookmark, and use without ads interrupting the task.

That positioning puts simplicity and privacy at the center of the project. Rather than building one large application around accounts or a complex workflow, the author says each tool is a separate page for a particular calculation or preview. The intended benefit is practical: find the page for the job, use it, and return to it later without navigating a larger product.

What the suite includes
The author describes the suite as 12 utilities spanning business, employment, property, and ecommerce or media tasks. The inventory below reflects his description of the project, not an independent audit of the current site.
#1 Best Overall
| Area | Tools described by the author |
|---|---|
| Australia | Cents-per-kilometre and SCHADS Award tools |
| United States | Section 179 vehicle deduction and LLC late-penalty calculators |
| United Kingdom | Form 4A rent tracking and Section 8 eviction calculators |
| Shopify and social media | Metafields schema and social-ad safe-zone previews |
The mix is intentionally specific rather than general-purpose. Some tools address jurisdiction-dependent rules, while others help with ecommerce data or visual layout. For calculations tied to tax, employment awards, or eviction rules, users should treat a web utility as a starting aid and check the applicable official guidance before relying on a result.
What “100% client-side” means here
Mridul describes the implementation as “100% client-side vanilla JavaScript.” In his account, the browser runs the tools rather than relying on a server-side application to perform their calculations. He also describes a static, multipage structure: each utility has its own folder and index page, making individual tools independently accessible and bookmarkable.
Rank #2
That approach can be a sensible fit for compact utilities. If the calculation can be performed locally, the tool may not need to upload the numbers a visitor enters simply to produce an answer. The author says Core Metric Suite has no server logging, database, cookies, or ads; those are claims about the project’s design, not guarantees established by an independent inspection.

Running code in a browser does not, by itself, prove that a website makes no network requests. Browser applications can combine client-side and server-side storage or communicate with other services. MDN’s guidance discusses how these storage approaches can be used together and points to browser tools for examining requests: MDN: Storage API and MDN: Privacy.
For a visitor, the distinction is important: “the calculation runs locally” is narrower than “nothing about my visit or inputs ever leaves my device.” Establishing the latter would require examining the live site’s code and network traffic. Core Metric Suite’s live behavior has not been independently tested here, so the creator’s privacy and architecture statements should be read as his description of the product rather than as verified findings.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. The trade-off behind the design
A small static page can avoid the complexity of a full application when the job is a self-contained calculation or preview. Separating tools into individual pages also makes direct linking and bookmarking straightforward. The trade-off is that each page still needs to be accurate and maintained—especially when it covers rules that vary by jurisdiction or change over time. A browser-based implementation describes where code runs; it does not establish that a result is current, legally authoritative, or suitable for every situation.
Rank #4
Core Metric Suite’s stated appeal is therefore not a proven privacy guarantee or a claim to replace official services. It is a creator-led choice to keep a collection of narrowly focused tools simple, locally processed where possible, and free of ads.
