Redeem the code using its own instructions
For TAKEFLIGHTAION2, open the game and go to Settings > Miscellaneous > Account > Enter Coupon. Enter the code and select Confirm, as directed in the official AION 2 announcement.

Do not assume that path applies to every coupon. NCSOFT’s pre-registration coupon FAQ gives a different route: Settings > Other > Account > Coupon Registration. Both are official instructions; the sources do not explain why the menu wording differs. Use the path in the announcement or support article for your particular code.
Check the code’s deadline and account limit
Every coupon has its own terms, so check the notice that issued your code rather than relying on dates or limits from another promotion. For TAKEFLIGHTAION2, the official announcement says redemption begins after maintenance on October 1, 2026, and ends at different times by region:

Fix common redemption problems
The code is rejected
- Compare your entry with the exact spelling shown in the code’s official notice.
- Check that the code’s redemption window is open and has not ended in your region.
- Follow the redemption path specified for that code.
The official AION 2 support pages cited here do not identify particular error messages or establish case sensitivity, region locking, or server mismatch as causes. If the code still fails after these checks, record the exact message and contact support.

The game says the code was already used
TAKEFLIGHTAION2 is limited to one redemption per account. Make sure you are using the account on which you intend to claim it. No public redemption-history steps are provided in the cited official instructions.
You cannot find the coupon menu
Check the code’s own announcement or support page for the menu path. The current TAKEFLIGHTAION2 announcement uses Miscellaneous > Account > Enter Coupon; the pre-registration FAQ uses Other > Account > Coupon Registration. The reason for the difference is not documented.

The claim is accepted but the items are missing
TAKEFLIGHTAION2 awards bound items, but its announcement does not specify a delivery screen or a claim-delay window. Check the in-game reward and item views. If the items remain absent, contact PLAYNC Support rather than assuming they will appear in a particular mailbox.
