If an Age of Apes code is rejected or its reward does not appear, first finish the tutorial, then check the reported in-game redemption path, re-enter the code exactly as published, and confirm it has not expired or already been claimed on your account. These steps come from third-party guides; Tap4Fun’s app-store listings do not confirm the redemption rules.
How to redeem an Age of Apes code
Third-party guides report that codes are entered through the game’s profile and Settings. Pocket Gamer also says to complete the tutorial first and to check the in-game mailbox after redeeming. Tap4Fun does not appear to publish an official support article confirming this path, so labels or availability may differ from those reports.

- Finish the tutorial. Pocket Gamer reports that the Redeem Code option may not be available until you do.
- Open the player profile and Settings. Look for Redeem Code. The exact sequence reported by guides is profile, Settings, then Redeem Code.
- Enter the code as published. Check each character, capitalization, and punctuation before submitting.
- Check the in-game mailbox. Pocket Gamer advises allowing a few minutes for a reward to arrive there after redemption.

The code may have expired
LINEGames.org says some Age of Apes codes are time-limited. A code copied from an older list may therefore no longer work. Check the date and original source of the post, along with any stated validity period. A code appearing on a page today is not, by itself, confirmation that it remains active.

The code may have been entered differently
The same guide advises matching the published code exactly, including letter case and punctuation. Compare the version you entered with the original rather than relying on a retyped copy. The available guidance does not establish that every code is case-sensitive, so treat exact matching as a careful check, not a guaranteed explanation for every rejection.
The account may have claimed it already
LINEGames.org reports that codes are generally limited to one redemption per account. If you have already claimed that code on the account you are using, the guide suggests it may not be redeemable again. This is third-party guidance, not a confirmed universal Tap4Fun policy.

The tutorial or redemption option may not be available yet
If you cannot find Redeem Code, complete the tutorial and check the profile’s Settings again. The tutorial prerequisite is reported by Pocket Gamer, not confirmed in an official Tap4Fun article.

The reward may be in the mailbox rather than on the redemption screen
After submitting a code, check the in-game mailbox and give it a few minutes, as Pocket Gamer recommends. If nothing arrives, note whether the game displayed a success message or an error; that detail will help when you contact support.

A practical troubleshooting order
- Confirm you are in the game. The game is listed as a Tap4Fun strategy title on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
- Complete the tutorial, then open your profile, Settings, and the reported Redeem Code option.
- Compare the entry character by character with the original code, including its capitalization and punctuation.
- Check when and where the code was posted. Look for a stated end date and favor the original post over an undated repost.
- Consider whether you have claimed it on this account already. The one-redemption guidance is reported by a third-party guide and may not describe every code.
- Check the mailbox after submission and allow a few minutes for a reward to appear.
- Contact Tap4Fun if the problem remains. Include the code, the exact error message or confirmation shown, and the steps you tried.
Google Play lists [email protected] and [email protected] as support email addresses for the game. The listing does not say which address handles code-redemption issues, so either can be tried. Do not send account passwords or other sensitive login details in a support email.

The available official app-store listings identify Age of Apes as a Tap4Fun game; Google Play also indicates that an internet connection is required. That is useful context, but it does not establish that connection problems commonly cause rejected codes. Likewise, no official Tap4Fun source cited here confirms the redemption path, tutorial requirement, expiration rules, capitalization behavior, one-use limit, or the meaning of particular error messages.
