Why can’t I redeem my Prime Gaming game?
Open the individual offer page or claim confirmation and look for its redemption instructions. Amazon says offer instructions specify the required route, which can include linking an account, entering a storefront code, or using the Amazon Games app. Installing that app will not help if the offer instead requires an Epic Games account or a code.

Before retrying, check that you are signed into the Amazon account used to claim the offer and that the offer is available to you. If it asks for a publisher account or has regional terms, confirm those requirements as well. Check which service should receive the game. A linked account offer may add it to a publisher’s library, while an app-delivered game appears in Amazon Games. A code may need to be redeemed separately. Use the offer’s stated destination rather than assuming the game belongs in Amazon Games.

For an Epic Games Store claim
- Sign into the Epic account you used when claiming the offer; a different active account will show a different library.
- Check that your Epic account country matches your location and that the offer is available in your region. Epic’s support page says Prime Gaming is unavailable in Russia, China, and embargoed territories; this statement applies to Epic claims, not necessarily every Prime Gaming offer.
- If the offer is available and the correct account still does not show the game, Epic directs eligible customers to Prime Gaming Support.

For a game delivered through Amazon Games
On Windows, Amazon says claimed app-delivered PC games appear in the Amazon Games app Library under “Ready to Install.” If the game is missing there or installation fails, Amazon Customer Service recommends closing the app completely, reopening it, and trying again. - Close the Amazon Games app completely.
- Reopen the app and confirm you are signed into the Amazon account that claimed the offer.
- Open Library and check “Ready to Install,” then retry the installation.
Why won’t my Prime Gaming game install?
Use the installation route named by the offer. If it is an Amazon Games app title on Windows, try the close-and-relaunch steps above. If it is a third-party launcher title, install or launch it through that service after confirming the correct account is active. The Amazon app instructions do not establish a universal fix for console installations, every operating system, or all installer errors.
Amazon’s gaming destinations can change: its current gaming page describes Luna as offering a rotating game selection included with Prime. That does not mean every downloadable Prime Gaming PC game is a Luna title, and Luna troubleshooting will not resolve an unrelated storefront redemption problem. Amazon gaming destinations

What to do if your claim included a code
Follow the specific offer’s instructions to identify the correct store or device. Amazon’s general digital game guidance says to retrieve codes from the Games and Software Library and enter them exactly as shown in the appropriate redemption flow. If the store says the code has already been redeemed, first check whether the game has already activated on the account. When to contact support
If the claim still fails after checking the Amazon account, offer eligibility, delivery route, linked account, region, or code status, use the support path named in the offer or storefront. For an eligible Epic claim that remains absent from the library, Epic specifically recommends contacting Prime Gaming Support. Include the offer name, the account or storefront involved, and the step or error where the process stops so support can identify the relevant entitlement.
